As the name implies, come here for the soup and definitely not their sandwiches. A single slice of deli folded in half, single peice of microwave bacon, and a single tomato slice cut in half; how this passes for a $10 sandwich is beyond me. The lobster bisque was decent but to be honest I've had better soup at subway and tim hortons. Definitely won't be back.

Google
Underrated comfort food. My go to is the try two combo with lobster bisque and the maple bacon ham sandwich. I have to say that the sandwich was not the best I've had: was missing the 'maple' flavour and toppings were mediocre with the large slabs of bread. They didn't sourdough when I went which was another disappointment but the lobster bisque pleasantly surprised me with large chunks of lobster. I only wish they had longer hours or were open on weekends.

Ordered via UberEats and this meal hits the spot on what’s been the coldest week of the year. The soups were so delicious, it makes me want to order seconds. I really enjoyed my lobster bisque, although it was a bit on the saltier side, the baguette that was included with it balanced it out. The mac n’ cheese was really good too, the portions between the cheese and the pasta were just right.

I wish I found this place sooner. I am a huge fan of soup and with this place literally offering a variety of soups, I am in heaven. My favourite is the seafood etoufee, and the stuffed bell pepper is a solid second. I always have the soups in a bread bowl and get one of their house drinks as a side. I definately recommend this place!! I wish i saved a pic of the breadbowl but i only remember to take a pic after ive already finished it. Next time!

Google
So many choices! They had try 2 which is a combo type deal where you can get 2 of either salad, soup or sandwich! Great price, great taste, great service! Highly reccomend checking these guys out - I couldn't believe the variety and the specialty of the soups, salads and sandwiches!! Soooo yummy!!!

Google
Worst sandwich place to ever sandwich. Ordered a turkey bacon club, got a soggy piece of bread with 2 thinly sliced turkey and a slice of bacon, nothing else. Lobster bisque was good though, worth 1-star rating otherwise it'd be 0 if I could.

Google
Delicious and fresh soups. Stumbled upon the takeout place during my walk. I tried the lobster bisque and chicken pot pie. Both highly recommended.

Google
This is the most hit and miss place ever. Their ciabatta sandwiches are nice although very basic and not much inside of them. I also really love their tomato soup, chicken pot pie is also good. But the chicken noodle was pretty bad. I also had their tomato soup and grilled cheese combo and grilled cheese was awful, very dry and zero flavor. It wasn't buttered and grilled. Just half stale bread thrown into toaster. If you're charging me $10 for cup of soup and grilled cheese at least put some effort in grilled cheese.

Yelp
Unfortunately this location is permanently closed. However, it was a great alternative to Soup Nutzy.

Yelp
Ordered for pickup: Food: (4.5 stars) half salad (Cranberry Almond Sonoma Salad) half sandwich pesto 3-cheese sandwich. The Salad was extremely flavorful, the difference of textures and taste between blue cheese (a fair amount), with the cranberry, and green salad was outstanding. The sandwich had pesto and was very flavorful. The half the star is lost for the size of the meal. Cost: $11.30 with tax If you wanted to have a different salad, or sandwich it was about $1.50 for each. The salad and the sandwich change daily, so it might not be worth every day. (-0.5 star from the review for value) Service: (5 stars) when I came the food was ready for pickup, I asked for the sauces to be on the side, and they were placed there.

Yelp
Do you enjoy turkey clubs? So do I! So you can imagine my disappointment after a long and busy morning at work to get this (see picture) for lunch- Utter Trash- that's what the "southwest turkey club" looks like and I made no substitutions. This tasteless sandwich epitomizes sadness.

Yelp
I love soup so much and this place makes a great variety of delicious soups. I've been in Toronto for 4 days and I have been to Zoup 4 times. I'm leaving tomorrow, but not before I stop for my soup fix. I've tried their lobster bisque, which is fabulous and has lots of lobster chunks. Tried two of their butternut squash soups. Both really good. Mushroom bisque - excellent. Potato cheddar is very good, but maybe needs more potatoes. My absolute favorite soup anywhere, including at Zoup, is the corn and crab chowder. They ran out of it so quickly and they only had enough to give me a sample... Sad. You really can't go wrong with anything you choose, and you can try before you buy. Staff is very friendly as well.

Yelp
After a day of shopping stopped here for a quick, lite, bite. It was an odd hour so the place was practically empty. You can try as many of the soups as you want. They have soups, salads, and sandwiches. This visit if you ordered a combo you got a free water bottle, I'm in! Got the fiery chicken enchilada soup and a turkey sammy. It was too much food so I took my sandwich to go. The soup is good and I'm very picky about broths I can't see through. I'd definitely go again.

Yelp
Located in the food court of Simcoe Place, Zoup! is one of the few places that doesn't have a massive line-up during lunch. Their menu advertises a "try 2" option, where you can get a half sandwich and small soup. I ordered the crab bisque and the Southwest turkey sandwich. It could have been the salt talking, but I thought the crab bisque was amazing! It was thick, savory, and had a good amount of vegetables and strands of crab meat. I also enjoyed the Southwest turkey sandwich. It had the perfect amount of turkey to tomato ratio with perfectly melted cheese on top. The ingredients provided a nice balance of savory, saltiness, and sweetness.

Yelp
Customer service is good. Clean place and customers can view the soups. Portion size is also good and price is reasonable. Quality multigrain bread that was served was good it was fresh and soft.

Yelp
I went for lunch and had the lobster bisque. The staff are so friendly and actually encourage staff to try out different soup flavours before ordering which is nice. The soup was incredibly with big chucks of fresh lobster. If you are near Front & Simcoe - go out of your way to get this soup!

Yelp
Came down to try Zoup for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the lobster bisque via Ritual and they were able to prepare the order before I went downstairs. The service was fast and I liked how they put the soup in the bag without me asking them to. The lobster bisque was flavourful but not too heavy and it warmed my sick body. I also liked the fact the bread they provided was not stale.

Yelp
First time tried Zoup, ordered Chicken caesar salad and corn & roasted red pepper soup. Soup is just as normal, but the salad is NOT so fresh at all. The salad is frozen and getting black....From the pics u might have the idea what I was trying to say....

Yelp
I love soup and could probably survive without ever eating solid food again. The people who work here are so nice and I appreciate that they give you samples so you can choose which soup you like best that day. I work in the building and have lunch here at least once a week...it's been 3 years since I started.

Yelp
This place is amazing!!!!! I have no idea why they only have 3 stars! The people who work there are extremely nice and let you sample anything you want before making a purchase. The bread was warm and delicious and the soups were out of this world. We had the chicken pot pie in a bowl and a half sandwich and this was more than enough to fill you up! Definitely recommend this place to anyone in the mood for a good hearty meal or someone who just loves soup.

Yelp
Quality meals that are large to satisfy. Not cheap but that is what you get in downtown Toronto

Alyssa R.

Yelp
Great food! Amazing service!! Can't beat a place that does soup really well! Perfect for those cold winter days.

Yelp
I'll tell you what the menu doesn't: Chicken Cobb Salad has processed chicken. We expect better for the price.

Yelp
I'm normally a Soup Nutsy regular when eating in The Path; however, I was recently hit by a craving for lobster bisque and the Soup Nutsy couldn't deliver. Out of desperation, I decided to try Zoup! in Simcoe Place. Here's the verdict: Lobster bisque lacked the rich flavour I expect of a bisque, contained chewy lobster pieces and had the colour of my Nana's beige wool coat. I also decided to try a Greek salad as part of a $10 "Try Two" soup and salad combo. The salad had very little feta, few olives and no oregano (blasphemous!), but was heavy on fresh dill (wuh?) and hot banana peppers (just plain bizarre). On a positive note, the combo came with a fresh, warm sourdough roll. I suppose that's something.

Yelp
I got the XL Italian wedding soup and a whole chicken Toscana sandwich. Walked it back to my hotel at the renaissance and the soup was a major buzz kill. Basically all broth. Maybe 1oz of turkey meatball and 2 oz of veggies and pasta. Really pathetic. No wonder no one was in line here for lunch like the other places in the food court... Pathetic

Gabrielle F.

Yelp
3 stars... I was so excited to try the lobster bisque as it's so so hard to find in the city that isn't watered down. Though this soup does have lots of lobster chunks and good texture, it is extremely over powered by nutmeg! It tastes like someone poured eggnog into the soup there isn't any tomato flavour (not even a tiny bit) very buttery eggnog soup is all that comes to mind while I eat it. I will pass next time.

Nadia L.

Yelp
Zoup is definitely one of the best places to go for gourmet soups. It is on the pricy side however if you are looking for something warm on this cold day, zoup has what you need. I sampled the whole grain chicken and dill, very good and light. I also tried the corn and pepper chowder, creamier but very comforting. I eventually got the fire roasted sundried tomato and it was very good! Try them out

Bianca S.

Yelp
I got a small soup and half salad for $12. The bean soup was very mediocre. The quinoa salad was so disappointing with minimal ingredients and lots of lettuce. Overall, the food was not flavourful and the value was poor.
