"Eat (and Drink) Local with Restaurant Zoe Created by the owners of Quinn’s Pub (another Capitol Hill foodie spot), Restaurant Zoe’s goal is to be an energetic urban bistro known for good food and service. Dinner fare favors the carnivorous, and includes steak tartare, black cod, and spicy wild boar bolognese. Mix and match small plates, soups, and salads, or try the five-course tasting menu with or without a wine pairing. They offer beer and wine, cider, and a cocktail list; we can’t wait to try the Ruby, My Dear (house-made cranberry and orange syrup with sparkling wine and a brandied cherry). Happy hour is from 5-6 p.m. daily and features food discounts and half-price oysters."

Went here for Valentine's Day 2015 - AMAZING. They had a special 3 course dinner for vday which was awesome. Bonus pallet cleansers between courses were a nice surprise. Great service. Would totally recommend.

Very nice and classy private event space on Capitol Hill. The people that run this venue are super friendly and helpful. Security staff are always hard working and polite. Can't go wrong booking your event here.

I ate here when I was in Seattle and I must say I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff along with the taste of the food. I had the spicy wild boar bolognese and it was perfectly flavored bolognese sauce. with little chili flakes and some minced boar in it as well. As close to perfection of a pasta dish as you can get.

I've been here over an hour and a half, and still haven't even seen a bite of food. If you like waiting 30 minutes for a drink and almost an hour and 45 minutes ago (or more I still haven't seen dinner yet), then this place is for you. Not me.

Generally speaking this is an expensive restaurant. I went there during Seattle restaurant week. It's a fixed 30 dollars for a 3 course meal. The food was just great. Very very tasty and filing even though I was hungry.
