ZCREW Cafe

Came here for breakfast/brunch and was amazed beyond my imagination by the quality of ZCREW Cafe. The server was quick and very kind. The food was the show stopper. Not only did the food look outstanding but the flavour was on par with the looks! It seems like every dish was really well thought-out. The atmosphere was calm and inviting as the kitchen staff stay calm and laugh about while doing their do’s for the day. Would highly recommend making a trip out just to see this cute corner cafe.

Customer service was amazing, very attentive and happy to please. The place was full but didn’t feel over crowded. Food service was quick even though it was busy. Very vibrant atmosphere. Food and drinks were delicious, look amazing and very reasonably priced. We got the chicken and waffles, screw signature espresso pancake stack, iced chocolate and classic Irish coffee.

Definitely a busy spot - patience is a must and service is delightful - We were sat almost 5 minutes or arriving around 10:30 am - I had the Vietnamese Coffee hot and the Chicken and waffles, it was not my fav but enjoyable The sweet potato donuts are a treat! The hollandaise was delicious and looking forward to coming back when I am in town

I’m from Edmonton and I can confidently say that this is the best breakfast place I’ve been to. I was extremely hungry and I love a hearty breakfast. If you go you NEED to order the Fried Chicken Benny. Coffee was great too we ordered a Vietnamese coffee and the Mocha.

This cafe was a little treat for the morning before starting your day around the downtown area but beware finding a spot for parking and the seating is a bit cramped. Food was presented well and the coffee tasted nice. The flavors of what we got was nice and I want to go back and try more although the location makes it troubling to park without paying more. Service was nice and we were checked on and given more water when out. Definitely worth it though despite the space issue. Make sure to book a reservation in advance to make sure your spot is there.

On a chilly winter morning, this charming brunch spot provided the perfect cozy escape. Their beverage menu particularly impressed us, we tried their Silky Iced Coffee topped with milk foam, which struck an ideal balance between sweetness and robust coffee flavour. I particularly loved their extensive tea collection, settling on the British Breakfast blend, which delivered a bold, aromatic cup perfect for starting the day. For our main courses, we sampled two dishes. The Korean Fried Chicken Benny had a satisfying crunch while the meat was slightly dry. The highlight was their Matcha Pancakes, which offered an intriguing twist on a breakfast classic. The subtle earthy notes of matcha complemented the sweetness of the dish, and the homemade whipped cream was luxuriously rich. One small note, while delicious, the portion size was smaller than what their menu photos suggested.

Went in on a weekday, and luckily it wasn’t busy and we had no issues getting a table for two. This was the best eggs benedict I’ve had in a really long time, and my partner now rates all breakfast against the chicken and waffles. A long way to say that the food is really good, and the matcha was lovely. Staff were professional and kind. Photos don’t really capture the vibe, but it felt relaxed and cool without trying too hard.

This is the BEST brunch I’ve never had before! We ordered matcha pancake and Korean fried chicken with waffle, and both of them are amazing!!! The hot cocoa was delicious too, not that sweet and I love it! Also the price is reasonable. Hope it will open in Toronto one day in future!
