The staff are very experienced and talented - able to tailor the design to showcase the gem/stone beautifully but also considering protection and durability. They also helped when I had concerns about a piece of jewelry (bought from a different store). Getting a piece from Zappacosta is very special because with the help of the staff, you can design and create something truly unique. Beth has great memory and is lovely to work with 😊
