Highly recommend Zappacosta! Especially Beth! My partner and I got our engagement ring and wedding bands from Zappacosta. I also got a ring made for an opal i brought into the store. The staff are very experienced and talented - able to tailor the design to showcase the gem/stone beautifully but also considering protection and durability. They also helped when I had concerns about a piece of jewelry (bought from a different store). Getting a piece from Zappacosta is very special because with the help of the staff, you can design and create something truly unique. Beth has great memory and is lovely to work with 😊

Dream team Manuela and Beth have been amazing for me. They made a beautiful engagement ring and both of our wedding bands. From start to finish they never put any pressure on me to make any decisions unlike many jewellers I had previously encountered. When I received my ring back it fit perfectly and sparkled beautifully.

Manuela and Beth were amazing! They helped my partner and I design and create a beautiful diamond ring. From start to finish the service was impeccable. Deeply satisfied and highly impressed with the quality and service provided by the team at Zappacosta Jewels. I came to see Beth to design an engagement ring in 2019 (I was recommended by a friend). Beth and I used a variety of ideas to create an incredibly special and unique engagement ring. Later, I returned with my partner to select our wedding rings. I used the gold from an old ring that belonged to my late father that was melted and re-shaped to suit me. The diamonds from my father's ring turned into a pendant attached to a gold chain that I gifted to my mother. My partner also brought in her mother's pearl earrings that Beth helped re-design to match the wedding dress. The whole experience was lovely, and we sincerely valued the sentiments attached. A warm thank you to Beth for your time, commitment and service, but also, to the whole team. I highly recommend Zappacosta for all jewellery needs.

Absolute professionals! My wife and I recently celebrated 10 years married, and I had wanted to present her with a ring. She chose out a very complicated design but the ladies at Zappacosta had no trouble making it a reality. Beth and Manuela were meticulous in their efforts to make sure the ring was exactly what we were after, and left no stone unturned in our consultations. The results were unreal, the ring turned out so well, and my wife loves it. I can't recommend Zappacosta Jewels highly enough!

Manuela so PERFECTLY remodelled and refreshed my engagement and wedding rings - even better than I dreamed! She is my favourite jeweller ever! From the moment she sat down with me she was so professional and knowledgeable, and I trusted her immediately with my precious heart diamond.
