Yoga 216

Most of my yoga experiences at other studios vary from being great and downright annoying because of class size but at Yoga 216 I've NEVER had a bad experience. Classes usually have about 4-6 people in it so its a very private setting and you can get a lot of one on one guidance from the teacher! Their studio is beautiful and reminiscent of the West Coast. It's the ultimate relaxing setting and makes you feel like you are stepping out of NYC for a minute. Also they have amazing tea and ginger cookies post-class as well as a shower and changing room for guests going in between obligations. Hands down favorite studio in NYC and cannot wait to go back!

216 Yoga was my happy haven while I was in Manhattan. I could walk the High Line, then pop in a take a peaceful class before more crazy Manhattan fun. The classes are small and have a clean, chic boutique like vibe. Teaches were lovely and attentive, the classes I took had a mix of levels so whether you are a beginner or have an advanced practice you will be satisfied. I really enjoyed the hot yoga, just the right temp to sweat without being too hot. I also had the Ayurvedic Aura Glow treatment that was amazing and I highly recommend as a treat. There is a shower which I could use after my treatment. Everyone was kind and accommodating. Great vibe, and healthy snacks and drinks available. This is definitely the place to make your yoga haven while you are in NY.

Outstanding! From sign up to the classes, its a class act. The class size is smaller and very hands on. The team is outstanding.
