We purchased tickets online and arrived in a car... The 4x4 handled the road well but it is a bit rustic to arrive. Once there, our guide Daniel did an excellent job taking us to 3 different Cenotes and explaining some special views underwater. We were able to rappel down into one which was a fun perk. There are lockers to use with a deposit that is returned at the end. You can also rent water shoes and snorkel mask. There is a small café for snacks and drink. Definitely an amazing experience in the Cenotes!

Amazing cenotes; the road to get there is awful - huge holes on the road and when it rains it’s even worse. The staff was super friendly and our guide was great. Bring your own water and mosquito repellent shoes as you’ll have to pay for rental and the repellent is super expensive.

Yax-Muul cenotes were a fun activity. We visited 3 different cenotes all closed to each other in the same area. Each one is unique and different from each other. We bought a package which included the Tulum Mayan ruins, parking to the ruins and entrance to the 3 cenotes. The cenotes are about 10 minutes driving from the Mayan ruins. I recommend visiting these cenotes if you are looking for an activity while visiting Tulum. We got to go inside the cenotes, and it was a wonderful experience.

Excellent experience, Denis was our private guide and we tipped according to the service and tour we received which was amazing. Amazing set up and photo ops it’s a must especially the rappel experience.

Geymar, was such an awesome guide. He was informative but also funny and nice to talk to. He went above and beyond allowing us to use our license to rent the lockers and equipment instead of 500MX deposit. The cenotes were in underground caves and so amazing and beautiful! The water was clear and the temperature was cool. This was an invigorating surprise!

Angel the guide is so kind and funny . I felt comfortable with him when doing all the activities never had a dull moment ! I would recommend to ask for Angel our group was always smiling and enjoying the tour ! Best tour and Tour guide !
