Good experience. Can cover all the rides in 3-4 hours. Went on weekend and the place wasn’t crowded. Loved the experience mainly the waves. The ticket is a bit expensive but excellent place for a day. Bring water protective cases for phones and also socks.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rides are really fun and exciting. And there wasn’t many people, most of time I didn’t have to wait. Although this may not be the largest water park comparing with the water park in Dubai, but if you play all the ride, you have to climb to the top of the slide at least 11 times, sometimes even carrying float ring while climbing, which was really tired. I spent 5 hours inside. Highly recommended to everyone. The only downsides are the weather is a bit cold on January, and they don’t provide hair dryer.

Over 40 rides. Large water park. Have showers and lockers even swimwear to purchase. Easy access. Lockers are 50aed for small size. Rides waiting time can vary but still around 30 mins or less during weekdays

Its a good water park but its very expensive and if you will visit during weekends, you will have to opt for quickpass which itself is an other expenditure. There may be a long queue and you will have to wait for significant time. Many rides are thrilling. When we went there, some rides were under construction and it was a huge disappointment. Food inside is costly and its the only option. They won't allow outside food. Life guards are everywhere thats a good thing. But they won't allow you to shoot anything on selfie stick even if you are alone and not even riding. You you are using action camera remember to carry head or wrist strap.

However, I want to recommend a steps to fully enjoy exploring this place with a big smile on your face: 1) Book a hotel that offers a free park pass. 2) Be sure to visit it on weekdays. So, you will never stop in any queue.

Arriving at 10 am and leaving by 4 pm, we had an action packed day filled with excitement and adventure. The temperature was 19°C during our visit and we found ourselves shivering throughout the day. To keep warm, we often headed to the lazy river, where the water was delightfully warm and soothing. Yas Waterworld offers two lazy rivers and both provided a relaxing break from the thrilling rides. We kicked off our adventure with the Six Dragon Slide, which set the tone for a day of fun. Next, we tried the Falcon’s Falaj, the world’s longest six-seater water coaster. As a group of four, we had to find two additional people to meet the minimum weight requirement, but the ride was worth the effort! The twists and turns of this mammoth water coaster were exhilarating. Dawwama was another highlight – the world’s largest six-person tornado water roller coaster. Sharing these incredible rides with others made the experience even more enjoyable. The wave pool was another favourite spot, providing fun for everyone in the group. For convenience, lockers and towels are available for rent, though we brought our own towels to save on costs. Yas Waterworld offers a perfect blend of thrills and relaxation, catering to all ages and adventure levels. Whether you’re plunging down heart-pounding slides, floating down a lazy river, or enjoying the wave pool, there’s something for everyone. If you’re visiting Yas Island, Yas Waterworld is a must-visit destination for a day of fun and unforgettable memories!

For adrenaline lovers, rides like Liwa Loop and Jebel Drop offer heart-pounding thrills, while the Bandit Bomber, a water rollercoaster, is unique and so much fun. Kids have a blast in the splash zones like Marah Fortress, and there are plenty of gentle, lazy rides for relaxation, including the Al Raha River. Despite the construction, our trip to Yas Waterworld was excellent. We fully enjoyed our day as the weather was hot, but there's plenty of shade to be found in the lines to the multitude of slides. There were ample lifeguards throughout the park, all of whom were pleasant, friendly and had a smile on their faces. We also found the staff at Dana's to be very accommodating to the food allergies of some of our group which was great. The food was delicious.
