When our suits were done, they even deliver it to our hotel which was very convenient. Overall, we received top quality product and service! Highly recommended tailor shop

The store itself is impressive and the clothes on display are fantastic. I wasn't, however, too impressed by the tailoring service. I wanted to get something made as a treat and I was a bit indecisive about what I wanted. I tried on a dress to get an idea of the shape and fit for a skirt and so ordered a custom made skirt in a style that I thought would suit. When it came to trying it on I wasn't too happy with how the skirt looked so I requested some adjustments to it. After a second fitting I still wasn't happy as it didn't look right on me, but I could feel the staff becoming impatient with my requests for adjustments. It's not their fault the skirt didn't suit but I paid a lot of money for it -£75 - so felt it had to be perfect since it was being made to measure. It would be pointless to leave with a made to measure item that wasn't right. I shouldn't have been made to feel uncomfortable about asking for these adjustments, especially when the skirt itself is such a simple design. I feel stupid for paying that much, being excited about how it would turn out and then disappointed in what I received. I had a much more positive experience in other stores where my concerns about the fit of clothes were taken seriously and adjusted without any issue. I don't feel I got the quality of service and finished product that I expected for this price.

I would avoid this place. I had two suits made and they both had serious flaws. The liner billows out of one suit sleeve. On the other the lapels are about 1” different sizes. Not things you’d necessarily notice during a fitting but just sloppy tailoring. Also, their premium cloth isn’t that premium. It wrinkles easily and steam doesn’t remove it- unlike most of my quality suits.

A great place with ladies who can assist you pick out a well-tailored suit. The place has many customizable options including buttons, lining and style of suit. My personal assistant was friendly and experienced. Suits were also delivered on time. Highly recommend!

I had a maxi dress tailored based on a Pinterest photo. The tailor that advised me, Cindy, was incredibly friendly and talked me through numerous options and styles. She ended up even enabling me to be able to tie the dress as halterneck and straps which I hadn’t been able to decide between! My boyfriend had a beautiful suit made as well. Thank you to Cindy & the team

Tulip was very accommodating when I requested a leather jacket. She went out of her way to have the jacket remade when it wasn’t right, leading to a perfect fit and feel. Worth the price, you can get cheaper but need to be sure your fabric is quality and that they will stand behind their product, as Yaly does. Very happy. ☺️

The dress came out very good, but it wosn't worth the attitude and the treatment we got in this place. I almost felt I needed to thank the lady that was helping me for sparing me a few minutes. Wouldn't go there if I knew that's the attitude.
