XuanTu's Vietnam Private Tours

Lam was a great guide who was very knowledgeable about all of Vietnam and its history. We had many questions and he was very patient with us all day. We were lucky to see monkeys and bats as well! Thanks for the pronunciation practice, cảm ơn!

This is a very overdue review - my partner and I went on the one day private tour to Hue. Our guide Dat was delightful - we were of similar age and very quickly bonded over our love of anime. Dat was humorous and knowledgeable, and very generous in sharing his perspectives on Vietnamese pop culture, politics and history - whatever question that popped up Dat was willing to share answer. Of course, the tour itself was fantastic, though we wished we had time for a two day tour for a more in depth experience of Hue. The highlight was when Dat took us to a local joint for bun Bo hue (my fav), and really does hit different. Not to mention our driver was safe and on time. Would not hesitate to recommend XuanTu’s private tours to anyone considering an English speaking tour in Da Nang.

My led us on a fantastic adventure through the former Vietnam capital Hue and neighboring villages. My’s knowledge of the area with her great personality made our trip even more magical. It was amazing from pickup to drop off at our hotel. The courteous service and professionalism is unmatched. We highly recommend them for any sightseeing adventures you have planned in southern Vietnam. The owner is patient and flexible to develop a tour package that meets your specific needs. Tried to initiate a chat multiple times. No response from the owner. I suppose after asking nationality they started judging. Ignore at all costs. All other travel agencies (including the lower reviewed ones) i talked to replied except this. P.S: attached screenshot of whatsapp chat.

I want to commend Xuân Tu Private Tours for planning and providing another great tour! We were able to witness and learn some fascinating historical information in the beautiful city of HCMC. An our Tour Guide was amazing, providing a clear itinerary of events and providing excellent nuggets of information along the way. We really enjoyed the visit to the Cu Chi Tunnels and windshield tour of HCMC with a mind altering visit to the War Remnants Museum. This was a very gratifying tour experience and we look forward to scheduling other tour with Xuân Tu Private Tours. From beginning to end a tour operator we couldn’t fault. Responses initially super speedy, clear, great English, friendly, informative etc. as for the actual tour (we did the 50/50 hoi an- da Nang with some alterations (which was also done with no problem at all) with the guide Lam. He couldn’t have been a better tour guide if he tried!!!! He was witty, friendly, intelligent, open-minded, honest, great to talk to, and - very importantly- not trying to sell us things or guide us to specific places if we didn’t want to. We felt safe and looked after at all times. He entertained and informed non-stop all day long until late in the evening (he must be exhausted!) And even got free Vietnamese lessons! The tour itself was equally perfect and we had such a wonderful day. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts- N, I, M, P, S and A who only met you for 3 minutes but already liked you! Can recommend the operator and especially Lam very warmly and would do tours again through them/ with him!

We recently visited Da Nang for 4 days and used Xuan Tu Tours for 2 full day tours, one day to Hue, another to Hoi An and My Son. My family and I felt those 2 days really made our trip. We were introduced to the local restaurants, culture and history. The guides are friendly, thoughtful and considerate. On one of those days, Xuan Tu was our guide and she was perky and energetic. We plan to return to Vietnam in the future and we definitely will use Xuan Tu Tours again.

I can not say enough positive things about Xuan Tu's private tours! My friend and I did two full-day tours of Da Nang, My Son, Ba Na hills, and Hoi An. These days were packed full of amazing sights and information. Our guide Do My was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, open and easy to talk to. Learned SO much about Vietnamese culture, history, food, religion, and traditions. I enjoyed that there was flexibility within the tour (ie. we took a small detour to walk through a local market). I can not rave enough about the food and coffee recommendations. Great restaurants and cafe's I would not have experienced were it not for this tour. Do My helped make my experience in Vietnam memorable and meaningful. I am so happy I decided to book with Xuan Tu tours and would not hesitate to do so again were I to visit Da Nang in the future. I highly recommend this company which will undoubtedly make anyones trip to Da Nang very special!
