Nestled along the stunning Moonstone Beach, the White Water Hotel offers stylish rooms with ocean views, cozy fireplaces, and delightful picnic breakfasts delivered to your door.
"White Water is a step up in amenities and design and does something that every hotel in the world should seriously consider. Each morning outside your door, they leave you a comically large picnic basket filled with hot coffee, juice, and assorted pastries. Aesthetically, it’s a little bit of Wes Anderson delivered right to your room." - Mark Fedeli

Each morning outside your door, they leave you a comically large picnic basket filled with hot coffee, juice, and assorted pastries. "Cambria is a place where you go to get away, not to see and be seen. And the brand-new White Water is a beautifully stylish place to do it, especially in this moment’s road-tripping, self-secluding mood." - MICHELIN Guide
"Creative director Nina Freudenberger took inspiration from Danish modernism as well as classic Californian design to create a seaside escape that’s both invigoratingly stylish and soothingly sedate." - MICHELIN Guide
"The White Water Hotel is located close to Moonstone Beach, one of the state’s most secluded surf breaks. Offering 25 beautifully appointed rooms, the freshly renovated White Water (constructed in the 1980s) was worked on by interior designer Nina Freudenberger. Freudenberger was directly inspired by the Central Coast’s unique ecosystem, which is dotted with Monterey pines, cypress trees, and tide pools. In the rooms, expect dark greens intermingled with melon-orange tones and textiles sourced from small shops along the coast. As an added bonus, each room at White Water offers ocean views." - Mae Hamilton
