"Local, Organic, and Homey White Rabbit has caused a clamor among Santiago foodies for its stripped-down approach to good, wholesome food. Using all organic ingredients on a short but sweet menu, this is the kind of food that your soul craves. Mac n' cheese with black truffle oil and a touch of smoked pancetta. Classic steak tartare. Artisan fresh mozzarella in a Caprese salad. A gooey chocolate brownie for dessert, or even baked Alaska! All served in a small, modern restaurant with a young, cool crowd. Reservations essential. Very nice and quite place. A wide variety of food, like organic food, very nice. Furthermore, they have a good music collection. You can have lunch, brunch as you wish.

Best cocktails maybe ever... beat even the fancy restaurants in San Francisco. Their New York Sour and gin drinks were unbelievably good. Unfortunately, our evening there nearly broke the bank, but it was worth it! The bar not very full of people probably because of the prices, but don't let that deter you.

We went for dinner on a Friday night and honestly, couldn't hope for anything better. The design, furniture, mood and people were just great. Food was really good (we ordered shrimp tacos, fish sandwich and veggie arepa), drinks were creative and well thought. Music was just perfect to set the mood (indie rock, a great mix of Maclemore, Led Zeppelin and The Strokes). It was not too crowded for a Friday night, which is always appreciated.

Great brunch and delicious cocktails.

High quality American comfort/bar food and excellent and creative craft cocktails in a refreshing laid back atmosphere (ie you can actually carry on a conversation with your mates). The owner, a friendly man who is originally from California, personally served us and made sure everything was good, and explained his passion for sourcing fresh local ingredients. Suggest the house cocktail, the White Rabbit!

Sadly i went with a reservation on a monday night. The reservation was registered in their list, but wasn't honored. When a table was freed it was outside (not requested) and it was cold so we declined. We waited for 30 minutes in the bar (which they had great sangria! thats why i raise 1 star) and a table was never freed. The administrator (or owner, wasn't sure) later explained that monday's are always very hectic and the table turnover is very slow as well because of the promotions. If this is known by them, how come they still accept reservations on this night?

Yelp
GO HERE. If yo like "American" Brunch, or just good food overall in a fun edgy setting, this is the spot! It is one block from Pablo Neruda's home tour so we walked here after brunch and we're so happy we did! It was hard for me to pass up eggs Benedict but the waiter recommended a dish so I went with that. The menu was in Spanish so I was hoping I made a good choice. When my food arrived, it was the most amazing fried pork and cheese dish with potatoes and citrus fresh slaw. My boyfriends egg Benedict was also on par with ANY I've had before. The mimosas were not overly OJ. We loved the locataion close to Barrio Bellavista and the whole place. This is definitely a place you should go.

Yelp
Great little place. Beautiful patio, extremely inexpensive compared to other restaurants in this neighborhood. It's a little "American," so not exactly the most inspired menu for a tourist to try, but the food was definitely delicious. Come here for the quality and value, but if you're a tourist from America, bear in mind it's a similar menu to what you'd find at home. Great wine selection!

Yelp

Yelp
I've searched everywhere for a great brunch in chile . . . And I found it down this elegant white rabbit hole. They serve fantastic ingredients and serve with plenty care. Enjoy!

Yelp
Located in Bella Vista, this hipster-chic restaurant is focused on providing farm to table quality food that is organic. They find their food from local farmers and create everything with what is in season, thus the small variety on the menu. Because of this great "value proposition", their price tags are expensive, but definitely worth it. The White Rabbit was founded by a gringo thus the great selection of "American" food on their menu with hamburger options (veggie burger included), macaroni and cheese (a must have!) and some delicious desserts! Not only do they have great quality food but their bartender also knows what he is doing and serves up some kickass cocktails! The combinations they have come up with are unique and exotic including ingredients such as seaweed and carrots! Not in the mood for hard liquor? They also have a great selection of beer and national wine. Also, definite must is to come on a Sunday for brunch (from 12pm to 4pm). Since the owner is from the US, he knows how to do brunch right. Eggs benedict and mimosas included!! Tip: This hip restaurant fills up, so call ahead of time to make a reservation.

Yelp
Excellent brunch, very friendly staff. Got busy fast on a sunday, but the eggs benny was great, americanos were tasty. Quinoa salad was elite. Had a nice brunch drink menu. The Betty dessert was perfect not too sweet like apple crisp with granola, almonds baked on top with ice cream.

Yelp
Wow. This place is truly amazing. Everything is made here, all the sauces, even the ketchup! Heinz could learn a thing or two here. Great home cooked farm to table food in an awesome neighborhood. I'll be visiting this place every visit to Santiago

Yelp
My favorite restaurant in Santiago. Amazing unique cocktails and delicious dishes made with love.

Yelp
We went here to celebrate our daughters' college graduation. We were a group of 16 people at 10 pm with reservations. The table was ready and the service was attentive and fast. The drinks were excellent. The owner came over and offered a series of new plates to share with a good variety of interesting plates. The Mac and cheese was the least interesting. Limited choices for vegetarians.
