Being a Great Barrington resident, my husband and I were so happy that Westerlind appeared on Main Street. The high quality, imported, sophisticated, and elegant look of fashionable outerwear is a welcome change. Anyone can find cheaper, low quality, trend based fashion everywhere, but westerlind counters that. Both Simon and Tom are knowledgeable, clear headed, and are able to find clothing that looks good on everyone. I highly recommend Westerlind for a first rate retail experience.

The styles are very nice and I have bought many items here. I do wish they had sales or promotional codes at times as they are expensive and also would provide the local store phone numbers. You cannot call to check on stock. You must drive there and it is a distance away. Why would you not list the local number? No one answers the number provided on line! Ever.

I was berated in front of the store by someone who works there. He mistakenly thought it was appropriate for him to come up to me and yell at me for making a comment about a product in the window. I could not believe how rude he was, especially since I was outside the store. I guess they don’t teach customer service here.
