The best rice rolls I’ve ever had! We initially wanted to go to another popular rice roll spot, but they were closed. This place is a little far away from the hub of Chinatown, but so worth the walk. We’re glad we found it! The dough was light and chewy, and the meat was flavorful. The two people working were also super sweet. There’s a little bar area for you to sit and eat, which we enjoyed. Another great rice roll place for you to stop by when you’re in the area!

This rice roll shop is the best in Chinatown! So silky and perfect with the crunchy chilly oil! It becomes one of my comfort food! Been here more than 10 times this month! Perhaps the best rice roll I’ve ever had and no wonder there is a minimum of 20 minute wait after you place your order. Always busy from morning till night. Each order of rice roll is made right in front of you so you know it’s hot and fresh. Love love love this addition to Chinatown.

i went into this spot because i walked past it and was craving rice rolls, not expecting too much from them. however, west rice roll king blew me away with their beef rice rolls. the rice rolls were luxuriously silky and the beef was tender. the sauce complimented the rolls very well too. i polished off my plate within minutes and haven’t stopped thinking about it since.

Probably the best rice rolls I've had in America. The curry fish balls were super delicious and the sauce pairs very well with the additional sauce given. It came out hot and steamy and just perfectly thin and delicate. So so delicious! There's one woman at the register and one man doing all of the cooking with each order. The line was about 20 minutes for me, and I came around noon. Very entertaining to watch the man crank out these rice rolls very quickly and skillfully, though. There's not much space to sit inside esp when there are 10 people waiting for their made to order rolls so most just take out and eat in the park. Personally, I would need two orders to be full, but one order is pretty sufficient. It's also only around $5 per plate. Add a bunch of their sauce and chili oil for some more flavor!

This little hole in the wall is known for their large variety of rice rolls. I went here for the first time and the rice rolls did not disappoint! They are made fresh to order, so there is somewhat of a wait. I ordered the shrimp rice rolls. You get 5 shrimps/order. The skin is so thin, too, which I prefer. It's about $5 + tax. I saw only 3 different sauces to add: sweet soy sauce, sriracha, & chili oil. Somewhat surprised by the limited sauces. The shop is very narrow. One side has the cashier and cooking area, and the other side has a narrow ledge with stools to eat. I found eating there very uncomfortable as the space is very narrow and the stool was high (for me). Lol. Despite that, I would return.

Fast and efficient service of rice rolls. Curry fish balls tasted overcooked, at around 6pm in the evening but they were edible. Indoor seating is scant and not kept clean.

This mom-and-pop rice roll store is too small to handle their popularity. It’s very tiny inside and it’s pact! There’s barely any space to walk or stand. You are rubbing elbows and chests with one another. It can get pretty chaotic given the number of customers and their capacity and there’s a one-hour wait after you put down your order because they are that popular! My recommendation is to put down your order, go somewhere else and then come back. Keep your receipt because they won’t give you your order without the receipt. They won’t even remember if you pay without the receipt because there are way too many customers. But is the hassle worth it? HELL YEAH! It’s the best rice roll I’ve had in NYC and it was precisely the taste from my childhood! The authenticity they possess is getting lost nowadays. So get in line and embrace the chaos!
