Straight forward and easy to use. In total, $130 to wash and dry for 30 min each (including detergent).
Clothes came out clean but I also didn’t have a large load of clothes.
Cafes nearby to wait while wash/ dry cycle on. You do have to switch it yourself.
There is a dry cleaner attached if you have any specific items to care for.

Never going back! Employees micromanage everything from opening washer doors/closing, allocating soap themselves and even rudely told me if I was late past the 30 min they will charge me a late fee. Then they go back to gossiping with each other or watching TV. Good machines it seems to be a popular place due to lack of options in the area.

Great place to self wash. The establishment and machines are very very clean which meets the pricing as it’s on the higher side but well worth it for my clothes. They use gain products not cheap brands. The lady was friendly on our two visits. Credit cards are accepted. My suggestions is get here early as I noticed lots of foreigners towards mid / late day. Definitely recommend.

I love Washi Washi (especially the name), but it is way, way too small for the demand in the neighborhood. It gets uncomfortably crowded during their busy hours, and they are almost always busy. They could easily double their size and still remain at or near capacity most hours. And do NOT trust Google’s estimates of popular times. I just checked and saw that they were allegedly “less busy than usual” (see screenshot). I hauled my laundry over, and they were full, with a 25 minute wait. I don’t know where Google gets those estimates from, but they are useless. Some smart entrepreneur could open up a Launderette in the same neighborhood and do very well. I hope they do.

Expensive place with crappy dryers. The staff there tried to say my clothes wouldn’t fit but they were fine, they just wanted me to pay more. After an HOUR my medium sized load of clothes wasn’t dry.
Just travel a bit outside of Cuauhtemoc and pay less for auto Lavanderia or a place that will fold your clothes and has dryers that work.

This laundromat saved my trip! I was staying in an Airbnb and the washer/dryer was taking over 4 hours and my clothes came out wet, smelly, and stained. I was so frustrated I was feeling like I ruined all of my clothes. In the morning this was one of the first places open nearby me, and when I got here the place was so clean and the woman working was more than helpful and we were able to wash/dry at a very fair price. She navigated speaking English perfectly when my Spanish faltered. They take cards, but you can tip in cash and coins. I am very appreciative of the help I got here today and i was in and out in less than 80 minutes.

Washi washi? Yes yes! Dryi Dryi?? Uppercase NO NO. The drying machines are set to 30 minutes and, regardless of the size of your load,
the clothes are never ever going to dry. Either you are going to have to pay $60 extra pesos for another cycle, and even worse, wait for an extra half hour after already been waiting for 1 hour… or just take your clothes and dry them at home.
So I recommend to allocate a full 2 hours in that place when taking into account folding clothes and stuff; even 3 if there’s a waiting line.
I still go every weekend though, because of my working schedule, but would do otherwise if I were able to do so.
The owners surely know about this but are unwilling to make any change whatsoever. Yikes!

There was a friendly attendant to help me. It's a nice clean facility. A load cost 130 pesos, for soap, wash and dry.
