This is a wonderful thermal bath! Location is breath taking!!!!! Love the inside and outside pools, wash areas are clean and super well stocked. Absolutely recommend at least a 3 hour stay.

I’m glad I ignored the handful of negative reviews, which mostly are from a few years ago. These thermal baths are quiet, in a stunning location and with helpful, friendly staff. The view from the outdoor pool is beautiful, the spa “village” is very good and the Aufguss - every two hours - was excellent; the man who led it was a master with the towels! The Roman-Irish bath was well done - sure, it’s not Baden-Baden and the facilities are a bit tired in places, but I’m very pleased I made the trip.

we were checking this place out to experiance another thermal spring in leukerbad. sadly this place wasnt worth going since it was almost deserted (including the mal which was almost dead (most shops where closed for good and empty), and the baths were poorly visited (mid july!). it was a weird experience. economicaly this doesnt seem to check out anymore. also lots of stuff in bad shape and poorly maintained.

It feels unrealistic to be able to take a hot spring bath in the middle of the Alps. The hotel is quite spacious and convenient. The surrounding scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and doesn't let you take your eyes off it. Maybe that's why everyone I meet greets kindly each other.

The view from the pool is amazing. The sauna rituals are very cool but its just every 2h. If you buy 3h ticket you can catch just one. In sauna area it was a bit cold for me. They dont offer tower for free. The ticket is a bit overprised compared with the facilities.

So lovely. We especially appreciated the spa village (which opens at 3 Pm). It has sauna and peeling ceremonies at designated hours, and we were able to participate a sauna and bier experience, which was amazing. Be mindful, it's a nude zone. It came as a bit of a surprise for us. It is a little further from the main Leukerbad spa and a lot more quiet.

The place could be beautiful if it was maintained properly. Almost no water comes out of some showers, and the water temperature could not be adjusted. One sauna was out of order, and the windows were dirty. However, the sauna (the ones which could be used) were beautiful, which merits an overall two stars.

Cons: The water temperature is really cold like 30 deg in outside pool. The inside pool is perhaps 1-2 deg higher or it appeared to be higher because it is indoor. In other spas, it is usually 35 deg. The ambient air is colder so as soon as you go out of water , you get chilled. You can see the ceiling moldy and the walls of the indoor pool looked discoloured which did not relax us a bit. Changing cubicles did not have enough light and also the space of the lockers was not enough to store things. Some of the locker keys were broken. Pros: The outside pool has an amazing view.
