Amazing experience loved the scrub my skin still feels Amazing next day Staff also were very friendly and helpful especially the last on reception she told us shes from Portugal we are from Ireland also Danielle lovely girl showed us where everything was loved the hot tub it has fabulous views would definitely return

This is a wonderful thermal bath! Location is breath taking!!!!! Love the inside and outside pools, wash areas are clean and super well stocked. Absolutely recommend at least a 3 hour stay.

M happy and satisfied, outdoor pool water temperature are great with the stunning view, sauna room is clean.. not many people in the morning, so I really enjoy it for myself. Staff are polite and friendly. Keep it up 👍🏽 Lift are broken, and the lobby a bit quiet.

Many years ago, this place use to be a luxury spa with beautiful facilities and service. After a change of management, I think a few years ago, it just seems to be going downhill and the atmosphere feels quite depressing and stranded. It now looks extremely run down, almost like a public pool rather than a relaxing spa and a lot of the facilities don’t work as well anymore. The water temperature is also an issue and is a lot colder than a thermal spa is supposed to be, especially during the winter this makes it difficult to stay in the outside pool. The only thing this place offers is now only the panoramic view of the mountains, that is what my 2 stars are for. This is somewhere I use to look forward to visiting yearly, it really is a shame that such a beautiful spa is collapsing in the hands of the wrong management.

It feels unrealistic to be able to take a hot spring bath in the middle of the Alps. The hotel is quite spacious and convenient. The surrounding scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and doesn't let you take your eyes off it. Maybe that's why everyone I meet greets kindly each other.

Wanted somewhere to relax after a day waking in the mountains and was going to go to one of the other pools after reading the reviews. The other place was too busy for me so decided to ignore the reviews and try here. So glad we did. The pools are lovely and the outdoor pool has a stunning view It wasn't at all crowded and so relaxing. Yes the changing rooms may need an update and some of the lockers too but they were clean and the staff helpful and friendly
