VOUK Hotel & Suites Bali 5 star Hotel

Had an amazing stay at **VOUK Hotel & Suites Bali**! The hotel is beautiful, with spacious and well-maintained rooms that are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The pool area is a highlight—perfect for relaxing, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and inviting. The staff was absolutely fantastic—warm, professional, and always ready to help with anything. They truly went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast had a great selection, with both local and international options, and everything was fresh and delicious. It’s a great place for a relaxing getaway, whether you're in Bali for leisure or business. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Vouk is a large, very active hotel in Nusa Dua. It is currently undergoing renovations. Some rooms are tired and dated while others are much nicer and up to date. Definitely not a true 5 star hotel standard. Staff are incredibly helpful and kind. Above and beyond service. The amenities are nice, the pool was a lovely place to chill on slower days

Everything almost perfect and they have games room that you can enjoy with kids. Room size is standard and have jungle view also including the monkeys. Breakfast is fine and nothing special but if you need peace to rest from any activity this hotel is recommended for you

The positives of our stay were the kids' club, which was clean, well-maintained, and staffed by friendly employees. However, when we booked, there was no warning about the ongoing construction, especially during the busy Christmas period, which should have been disclosed. The bar at Splash had a nice atmosphere, but the bartender lacked the skill to prepare quality cocktails, which were overpriced. Additionally, the smoothie I ordered was unpleasant and not up to standard. The food was disappointing—below average and extremely expensive. We opted for the buffet breakfast, but the hygiene was unacceptable, with flies swarming around the food. Despite having at least 15 staff members on the floor, not one took the initiative to address the issue or ensure cleanliness. Overall cleanliness throughout the hotel needs significant improvement, and the exterior is visibly deteriorating. I would not classify this as a 5-star hotel; at best, it might warrant a 4-star rating, and that's being generous.

First time stay here. The place is so huge and it was really wonderfull, spotless, and peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful, place so quiete and most recommended to spend time at hotel and just relax. Definitely will come back to stay here❤️❤️

Beautiful hotel with wonderful facilities and friendly helpful staff. Close location to town centre and beaches. Room was comfortable, lovely balcony, lovely bathroom. Buffet breakfast was a wonderful combination of Indonesian and western food.
