Words are not enough to describe the service level I received at the Villa Rosa Kempinski. The level of customer service surpassed any expectations. I would like to personally say thank you to the following:||1. Christine - Outlet Leader|2. Mercy M. - Server|3. Janet - Chef (when she learned I like cassava she bought some, and made fried cassava for me!!!)|4. Charity - Server|5. David - Driver from the airport|6. George - Driver (we spent the day with George going to several different locations; he was simply the best, patient, and kind!!!)|7. Laura - Massage therapist (healed me with her hands and kindness)||I want to personally thank everyone who assisted me, even though I wasn't able to get all of their names, you made me feel welcomed and at home. ||Thank you to all at the reception and at the front of the house.||I hope to be able to come back one day soon and see all of your beautiful smiles. ||Sending my love from San Francisco, CA!

My team and I went for lunch. The reception was warm. Ambience and the atmosphere changes depending on where you are. Stunning rooms. Magnificent views of Nairobi. One should visit Tambourin to experience middle east heat. The decor gives pure chilling vibes. Rebecca-sales account manager was of great help and very informative of the property. Muthoni-Director of sales came to say hi such a pleasant lady. LUCCA restaurant is pure vibes being served by Japheth. His easy and funny breakdown of the menu makes you want to more and taste different dishes.||I look forward for a night stay at the premise to experience more of what I tasted today.

The food was delicious not forgetting the wide range of cuisine offered. The service was great especially from Reagan. I'd like to also appreciate Pauline who kept checking on us and ensuring we were comfortable. The Band was also lively. Obrigada☺️

Very elegant hotel with very nice setting and good breakfast. Different items and fruit to choose from. Staff were very helpful and polite. Room was clean and comfortable. Security with sniffer dogs before entering. Dogs are so cute and well behaved.

Beautiful hotel, staff very attentive. Food is great especially the breakfast and the brunch (Pauline & Daniel were excellent). Also a very good bar with innovative cocktails, Stephen was so helpful and made amazing drinks. Spa is beautiful with relaxing treatments and there is a rooftop pool to relax in the sun. Would stay again

I had an unforgettable experience celebrating my birthday at Villa Rosa Kempinski! From start to finish, everything was impeccable. The food at Lucca Restaurant was absolutely amazing—each dish was well-prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a special occasion. After dinner, we enjoyed drinks at The Balcony Bar, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The ambiance, service, and expertly crafted cocktails made the night even more memorable. A special thank you to Mercy, the hostess, and Alfred, our waiter, for their outstanding service. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, making us feel truly special. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made all the difference. I highly recommend Villa Rosa Kempinski for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or just enjoy an exquisite dining experience. I can’t wait to be back!

Simon was my waiter and he had great service and the food was excellent. I loved the aesthetics! The food was fresh and in plenty. Every staff made me feel like home and I’d honestly consider bringing even my family here. I appreciate Kempinski for the great experience.
