Can't say enough great things about this hotel! The room was amazing quality for the price and location. Front desk staff were incredibly helpful and had recommendations that exceeded our expectations. The location of this hotel is perfect for anyone looking to explore all Barcelona has to offer. There is a metro stop on the same block, and the neighborhood is extremely walkable and safe.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The service was great, and the staff were always helpful with recommendations for places to visit and restaurants. The breakfast, which was included, was delicious and varied. The hotel is very close to the metro, making it easy to get around the city. Our room was cleaned every day, and the service from the staff was fantastic. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was top-notch, and the food was amazing. It was also very relaxing to sit on the terrace in the evenings and unwind. They allowed us to store our luggage after check-out until we left for the airport. The central location in Barcelona means you're close to everything. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, there are some concerning issues with the air conditioning. The room becomes very hot if the AC is off, but when it's on, there's no thermostat to regulate the temperature. As a result, the room gets uncomfortably cold. I’ve tried setting the temperature to 23°C and even 28°C, but the result is the same. Additionally, the AC unit is positioned directly in front of the bed, so the cold air blows right on your head. We've spent four nights here, and I haven't been able to sleep due to this issue. We have one more night left, and I can't wait to leave because of the AC problem. The second issue is with the shower. While the open-concept design looks nice, it's highly inefficient. Water splashes onto the floor every time you shower, and you have to be very careful to avoid making a mess. Lastly, we've been unable to use the rooftop bar. It closes even with a light drizzle, which has been frustrating. I'm extremely disappointed with this hotel, especially considering its 4-star rating. The staff are excellent, and the room looks nice, but these significant issues make it feel like a 2-star experience.

Very lovely Hotel! We spend six incredible days and nights here. The staffs are so friendly and professional from front desk to bar and restaurant. Rooms were unbelievably clean and every corner of the Hotel smelling like a cozy private corner of the world to enjoy the best moments. The rooftop was an amazing place to have a sip of our best Catalan wines and relax after long walks in Barcelona and of course breakfast buffet food were superb! Strongly recommend as you feel the comfort of your home with added luxury and live music in the lobby!

I love this hotel !!! Good smell too! Good location and many good cafe, bar and restaurant. Also a supermarket which has many organic foods selection. We bought some foods and wine and had a lunch at the rooftop. Super relaxing. Not so much tourists around here. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay here, and all the staff who served us were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Including recommending nearby restaurants, transport options, fulfilling our various requests, and providing amenities for the room. Of particular commendation was Claudia (lady with the red hair who checked us in on the 20th), who exceeded our expectations and was very diligent in her advice and warm candour. In summary, the room was excellent and clean, location was a bit far out from the main touristy areas (~30min walk to La Rambla), which was actually a blessing too, and the surrounding area was quiet and beautiful. We will certainly be coming back to stay here if we are lucky to visit this lovely city again.

Everything was clean, larger than the European-major-city average, and friendly. The rooftop terrace was lovely and easy to bring food up to. It’s in a lovely part of the city that is relaxed and not touristy, but still has cute coffee shops and nail salons and stuff. Also is about 3-5 train stops from the most important and touristy parts of the city. You can tell locals and their families live here. Reminds me of Lincoln Park in Chicago if that is a worthwhile reference for you. We would stay here again.

Located away from highly trafficked areas, but within easy walking and metro access to major sites. Quiet, spacious, comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast, if you want a larger meal to start your day. Friendly, helpful staff helped with calling taxis and troubleshooting Renfe's problematic web ticketing system!
