"Organic Coffee, Celebrity-Watching, and Vegan Desserts You can't talk about cafés and coffee shops in Los Angeles without mentioning one of its most popular places: Urth Caffé. For an organic fix, there’s no better place. There are a number oflocations throughout the city and in Orange County, including Santa Monica, Melrose, and Beverly Hills. With their trendy ambience and large outdoor patios, they are the perfect place to spend a sunny afternoon, especially ifyou love herbal teas, organic coffee, and green-tea Americanos—and if you're keen to spotcelebrities around the metropolis.Aside from delicious drinks, they also have a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan food options."

This is my most favourite caffe. It’s a chain but the quality is great everywhere I have been to! I found it super cool that you can substitute salad for fruits! Or just order a fruit platter. The outdoor seating area is super cozy. Amazing. Really want to come back.

Visited for Sunday brunch and ordered a matcha latte, cappuccino, and the wild mushroom pizza. Unfortunately, they were out of pancakes which was a bit of a letdown—but the food we did get was absolutely delicious. We sat outdoors by the fire heater, which made the experience cozy and pleasant. As always, the place was bustling with energy and full of life - a lively spot that’s consistently a favorite.

WE LOVE URTH. We’ve only had coffee and pastries. However, the food looks fresh and healthy. The Churro Delight is my absolute favorite. My husband brings one home for me every trip. We prefer the hot lattes over the iced ones here at urth. Always busy but never had an issue with finding a seat.

Great cafe for brunch or lunch. A nice place to meet up with friends. Delicious, fresh, healthy menu items. Fancy drinks. High quality food. There is a small indoor dining space, and much more outdoor space. Best for couples, but not large groups.

We had breakfast/brunch with friends at Urth Caffe Beverly Hills and really enjoyed our experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was fast and efficient. The food was delicious—fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. It’s a great spot to relax and catch up with friends, especially on a weekend morning. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a quality brunch in a vibrant, comfortable setting.

Google
Urth Caffé in Beverly Hills is always a vibe. Their lattes are smooth and rich, and the croissants are super fresh, loved the chocolate pistachio croissant, chocolate chip cookie, blueberry scone, and churro pastry. Highly recommend for a chill brunch. Great people watching and dog activity! The patio set up has dispersed seating in the shade and in the sun.

Google
Great place to eat and if you’re a writer, there’s no shortage of characters here. Vegan options are delicious. Gluten free options are also delicious. Their breakfast is always divine and filling. The coffees and teas are very high quality and tasty. Desserts are very decadent and a shareable size. If you like paninis look no further. They make a damn good panini and grilled cheese. If you like spicy I recommend the Diablo panini. I also love their salads. Oh and their smoothies!!!! Superb smoothies. The menu changes from time to time with new additions or seasonal items. I always try the new items and I’m usually not disappointed. There is often a line but definitely worth it. Service is great , the people who work here have all been great over the years. The owner does a good job of maintaining a good team.

Our friends from LA recommended this café for their great coffee and vibes, but the food was just as good. A really fun spot to people watch, enjoy a cup of bomb coffee, and eat without hurting your wallet! It was super busy but we managed to find a spot outdoors fairly quickly. We ordered the natural beef hash, daily quiche, caffé pistacchio (highly recommend!) and a fresh corn waffle. My hubby isn't really into coffee but he loved the pistachio latte!

Yelp
Coming here with friends is always a treat. They've got so many great items to choose from. The only thing that's missing, is a wine list.

Yelp
Favorite location Food and drink are great Very clean This place is my go-to spot, seriously. The food and drinks are amazing, always hitting the spot. Plus, it's so clean, which I really appreciate. I could hang out here all day, no problem. Highly recommend checking it out if you haven't already!

Yelp
Urth Caffé in Beverly Hills is one of my favorite spots--fresh, delicious, and always a vibe. I usually go for one of their salads or the Caprese, which is super fresh and full of flavor. Everything feels thoughtfully made, and the portions are great without being over the top. But honestly, it's the pastries and specialty coffees that keep me coming back. The Nutella bun? Dangerous in the best way. It's the perfect place to relax, people-watch, and treat yourself.

Yelp
Urth Café is a wonderful, casual, order at the counter type place. Cute spot to come to hang out with friends. It looks like a welcoming cottage. It is cozy inside and outside. Patio is out front and it has heat lamps. Recently came by here for the chocolate chip cookie for takeout. They were advertising it for Valentines Day so I had to order it. You can get it with or without nuts. I got mine without. The portion size is generous. It was thick and chewy with some crunch. Lots of chocolate chips and a tasty batter. I would definitely order this cookie again. I imagine it would be even better with some tea or coffee from Urth! This place serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and can get really busy at peak house. Metered Street parking. Parking structure across the Street.

Yelp
Visited for the first time on a Saturday afternoon with my partner. I've heard great things and was excited to try it. The restaurant was very cute - a little brick house with a huge outdoor patio space. It was busy with a line out the door, but it moved pretty quickly. We ordered at the counter and got a number. Luckily, we found a table outside. There was a self-serve water station available outside as well. The service was good. We ordered the Urth Laguna Breakfast and Sunrise Pizza. The food took time to come out, but we expected that due to how busy it was. Both of our meals were delicious! I'm not a huge fan of tomatoes, but the tomato was my favorite thing on my plate. Portion sizes were great. We had some leftovers, and they had to-go boxes next to the water station. Overall, I would recommend and come back to try more of their wide selection of menu items! Parking: Paid street parking nearby.

Kathryn A.

Yelp
Been to this Urth Caffe multiple times and always has had a good experience! Parking is pretty easy - street parking or you can park in the garage a block away. Every time I've gone it's been pretty busy - so make sure to expect to line up. One thing to improve is the line system, a lot of people get confused on where the line is to order vs where to look at menu, so sometimes a false line occurs at the front when it's just people looking over the menu. But other than that, you place your order at the front and find a table with the number they give you. The employees are all pretty friendly. Sometimes finding a table can be tricky but people usually leave after eating and the employees clear the table quickly. The food and drinks comes out fast. The food is delicious and the dressing they use on the side salad makes eating greens soo yummy. The last time I went, there was a hair in my egg panini & we told one of the employees and they remade the sandwich brought out a new one. I do wish they would have apologized since I everyone else at my table were all done by the time the new sandwich came out. Overall, I love going to Urth caffe and would visit again next time I'm in the area.

Yelp
One of my personal favorites! This location is always busy which is a testament to the high quality coffee and desserts it provides the community. Although this last visit I was not able to get my usual choice of pistachio, I was able to substitute it for hazelnut with pistachio milk which made for another tasty drink! There's a great variety of options for different dietary restrictions including vegan, gf etc.

Yelp
Sometimes I need a trip to LA just to put this fish back into water! This Urth Caffe is located in my former stomping grounds, and that is most certain to revive the mojo and recalibrate me when OC tries to claim me as their own, lol. This girl is LA at heart! Ya feel me, Heather Dubrow? Urth Caffé is located on Beverly Drive. I have a vague recollection of Harrison Ford's son's restaurant being here? The aesthetic is a bit reminiscent of a super duper casual Ivy. I can't quite put my finger on what makes Urth so appealing, but it is! And I love it way more for breakfast than I do for lunch or anything else. Part of that is definitely due to the menu; some part of it is because service is of the number-on-a-stick variety. For what it's worth, service at the register is great. Parking is on Beverly Drive, so you might need to make a number of go arounds before you land a spot. Happy 2025!

Pink D.

Yelp
The food is very delicious! My salmon was amazing with cream cheese plus the bagel. The extra veggies were fresh. I got full from half a bagel with 1/3 of the salmon plus toppings. The service was fairly quick, servers were nice and humble. The atmosphere was calming yet lively.

Yelp
I've been going to the various Urth Caffe locations for many years, and honestly, the food and dessert is nothing to rave about, but it's pretty okay. I more so go for the relaxing cafe vibes. I grew up in Europe so I do miss this cafe style way of meeting up with friends to grab a bite or coffee. So I wouldn't necessarily recommend to go for the food, but it's still decent and a nice vibe. I have tried most of their food items and when I'm hungry and need the tastiest things on the menu, I would recommend the lasagna and the Greek salad.

Yelp
I almost never write negative reviews because I hate to hurt small businesses (see my Yelp history) but I feel compelled to write this one. I ordered a Spanish latte at the counter and was asked if I wanted it for-here or to-go. I replied that I wanted it for here. When my drink was ready, my name was called and I was handed a to-go cup. The person at the counter must've misheard me and selected the togo option on the POS system. No problem at all -- I understand that mistakes happen, so I stood back in line to ask for it remade because I wanted the indoor dining experience with the latte art, coffee mug, sitting at a table, etc. When I got to the front of the line again, a different employee than the one who took my order asked me if something was wrong with my drink. I smiled and replied, "Hi! I might've maybe misspoke or something, but I think I meant to ask for this for here. Is it ok if I get this made in a mug?" (I phrased it to be ambiguous as to if it was my fault or the employee's because I didn't want to seem accusatory or place the blame on anybody). The employee glanced at my receipt, then snarkly remarked, "You want this remade? Well, you ordered this togo, so..." and stormed off to have my drink remade. My girlfriend and I were speechless. First of all, this employee was not the same person who took our order, nor were they in the vicinity when it had happened. How could they be so confident in their assertion that it was my fault? Secondly, I was nothing but courteous and respectful when I asked to have it remade. Again, I get that mistakes happen, and both my girlfriend and I have experience being on the other side of the counter, so I personally find it important to be friendly towards service staff. I don't know why they felt it was necessary to speak to me so rudely when I've been nothing but friendly. We received our drink and chocolate cake and sat down. We ate in near silence as we were deeply uncomfortable by what we'd just experienced. With that said, I want to give credit to the staff here for being on top of the busy rush. Everyone seemed coordinated as they diligently pushed out orders. I'm not going to publicize this person's name because I get that working in such a stressful environment can really make someone irritable. But I hope that they realize that such behavior can be very hurtful to a person on the receiving end of it. I wish that my experience could've been a better one. The Spanish latte and chocolate cake were delicious, but I couldn't wait to be finished with the meal because of the sheer discomfort I was feeling.

Erin S.

Yelp
I love it here! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is amazing. Best macha latte anywhere. I love sitting outside and enjoying the patio. It's my favorite coffee shop to work from while in Beverly Hills. I also found this fountain touching, in gratitude for the matriarch. It makes me want to give patronage here even more. Thank you so much for a wonderful morning!

Niree S.

Yelp
This particular Urth location is cute and cozy, with lots of hidden corners to sit and have a relaxing meal. It can get quite busy during the day but when we showed up on a Friday evening, it was empty. There was no line and we were able to put an order in immediately. Everything we order came out promptly. The salads were fresh and the el Diablo panini was delicious. The cappuccino was also very good. We also tried the tiramisu cake which I thought was just okay. Overall, I would recommend this place when the lines aren't super long!

Ricardo S.

Yelp
a goated day & first time at this location. I can't remember what we got but everything was worthwhile as always at any Urth Caffé - @eatingwithricardo

Yelp
This is a classic. My son and I had a giant piece of chocolate cake. 10 out of 10! Iced coffee was great. The atmosphere is lovely. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating, in the shade or sun. The pastry shelf is first rate. I've heard about Urth Cafe for years, but now know why it has such an iconic reputation.

Yelp
Believe the hype. Picture perfect food bursting with flavor to back it up. Beautiful interior and logically laid out. With soooo many options to choose from. I always appreciate the insights of the staff behind the counter. We ordered pastries to go and food to enjoy onsite. Juices were delicious - nicely gingery. The flavored water with lemons and cucumbers was delicious. The food was delicious! The veggie pizza was piled high with a variety of well grilled seasonal vegetables and drizzled with pesto. A little side dish of fresh oregano, grated Parmesan, and chili oil was a nice touch. The lasagne had a yummy sauce, a nice ratio of veggies, and the pasta was perfectly al dente. The side salad had a great variety of lettuce and simply dressed. The desserts we took home were a hit. The chocolate hazelnut croissant was crunchy with great flavor. The pistachio tiramisu was loaded with nuts, moist chocolate cake, and cream filling, but didn't really evoke a tiramisu flavor. Still, a solid dessert. This is easily a place you can work thru thé menu from top to bottom. I'll be back.

Yelp
Beverly Hills Urth Caffe did not disappoint. One of my favorite pancakes to try with all things homemade and fresh. When you first walk in and look at the menus the breakfast items are missing, which threw me off the first day and we went elsewhere after wanting a more hearty breakfast. The following day I realized they had a full menu at the checkout counter! Bacon was amazing, pancakes delightful, and potatoes were a delicious mix of potatoes, onion, and sweet potatoes. Needless to say I couldn't eat it all, but I wanted to try it all! It was very loud in there, so when it gets busy expect some chatter. There is outdoor seating and on a beautiful day for Beverly Hills it would be pretty epic. Dog friendly it seems as well.

Clara S.

Yelp
Cute cafe in Beverly Hills! Food was pretty good-- the panini was great and the green tea boba wasn't too sweet so it was right up my alley. The açaí bowl was mediocre-- the smoothie had way too much ice so it felt more like eating shaved ice. Overall, vibes were very casual and cutesy and service was fast and good!

Monica S.

Yelp
Cute coffee shop we came across during our stay in Beverly Hills. Paid metered parking on the street. I got a small Spanish latte (5.95) which was recommended by our cashier. It was good- a stronger coffee. My friend(s) got the pumpkin chai (AMAZING and highly recommend- if you're into pumpkin), the egg white and spinach panini, and the chocolate croissant. Overall, cute coffee shop with both indoor and outdoor spaces. Would highly recommend~

liz g.

Yelp
GREAT AMBIANCE! Plenty of outdoor seating and heaters to keep you warm on a chilly LA evening. Friendly staff and delicious food. I recommend the Mac and cheese and the tomato and rice soup.

Michele M M.

Yelp
One of my favorites since I was a teen, from Spanish latte to green tea, Matcha and they're famous Urth salad and chicken pesto, light and fresh! Gotta check it out!

Isaac J.

Yelp
A homestyle and cozy little brunch place. Its easy to spot the cafe as its literally a small cottage house. We ordered the Prosciutto & Cheese breakfast panini and Banana Walnut waffle with a Spanish latte granita and Divine date smoothie. The breakfast panini was excellent with the tomato sauce ! The sauce really made the panini way more enjoyable and was bursting with flavor ! The spanish latte granita was also excellent . I got mine on the strong side and it still had a sweet yet strong cold brew taste. The banana walnut waffle was okay. Nothing too special. The Divine date smoothie was not the best. It tasted like the bananas were still ripe and was not sweet at all. Overall this place is nice . I paid around $55 for everything so it is a little on the expensive side but for the quality its definitely worth it ! It is open seating so make sure to snag a spot before ordering your food. Also you order inside at the register, i was a little confused when i got in . Parking is limited on the street, its a very busy roadway. Staff has exceptional service and was very helpful when it came to recommendations ! Overall i enjoyed my experience here !

Karina S.

Yelp
Classic LA brunch spot, always a pleasure coming here with some friends on the weekend. Somewhat limited and kind of crowded seating considering the amount of people in line, and it can take a while to order sometimes. However, once you order the food comes out pretty quickly. I wish that there was more indoor seating/shaded outdoor seating since it gets so hot during the day. I ordered the chicken pesto omelette and loved that it came with a salad and bread. The ingredients of the omelette went really well together and I would order it again. I also love their cottage parfait, gluten free yogurt, smoothies, and matcha!

Maria N.

Yelp
Delicious. Never misses! A bit pricey given the popularity of the chain, but always on point. Portions are filling and always beautifully plated. Staff is always pleasant and friendly. Despite the long lines and somewhat chaotic peak hours, they have a way of always drawing in customers and provided great service. Cute vibey place to take visitors or have coffee with locals.

Yelp
I'm not happy to rate this place 1 star because I like Urth Cafe overall. I was at this location last week and ordered a Wazuka matcha latte. As I was waiting for my order I saw the guy making the latte grab a spoon from the sink and mix my drink with it. I thought maybe it was clean. Right after he grabbed a strainer from the same sink and washed it before using it. I wish I had not seen it. I would just drink it with no issue. Having seen it I didn't feel comfortable. I told the manager what I saw nicely and asked if they can make a new one. She asked me to identify the person who made it. I refused to point anyone. I know everybody there is working hard and it was towards the end of the day maybe he was tired or rushing etc. I said I don't want to cause any trouble for anyone. They made me a new one and I was happy. Today I was there again. I saw one of the managers who usually works at Hawthorne location and I had a quick chat with him. I know him because I live very close to Hawthorne store. He said he is working at the Beverly store today to cover. I ordered the same Wazuka matcha latte that I get almost everyday at Hawthorne store and they prepared it very fast. I tried to take a sip but it was extremely hot still steaming. I waited a few minutes and tried but the taste was off. I waited a little more to talk to the same manager but I didn't feel comfortable since it was a bit crowded. I just went to my car without saying anything and as I kept drinking the matcha I noticed it was burned because of the heat. You never heat matcha all the way because it burns and ruins it. I went back there and talked to the manager. He offered to make a new one. Same guy remade the drink and this time he made it too cold and didn't even bother to mix properly and strain. I took a sip it was cold and pulpy. I left it at the counter and got out of there.. I will continue going to Hawthorne and Melrose locations but never to Beverly store again.

Ali I.

Yelp
Yum yum yummy yum yum!!!! Amazing service, food and quality. We went back two days in a row it was so great! While there was a line the first day by the time we ordered our food came out shortly after! Staff was amazing and very accommodating and helpful as well :)

Yelp
This is one of those places that's always provide as an option when my friends visit SoCal and want me to take them around somewhere, mainly because of how well known it is. I had been to Urth in Orange County, but this time we decided to check out this location since my friends had just moved to West LA. PARKING: Pretty standard for this area - might possibly be a pain during the weekends when everyone's out in the area. FOOD: Delicious! The poach di parma was perfectly toasted, serving as a nice base for the exciting stuff on top. I was nervous this was going to be salty, but the prosciutto was perfectly balanced by the poached egg and arugula on top. The melon on the side was also a great way to wash down the meal. The French toast lived up to the hype! I wouldn't call it the best French toast I've ever had, but it was absolutely delicious - not soggy and it was the perfect level of crispiness. Whipped cream was much needed too. SERVICE: Surprisingly, even for a weekend, we didn't have to wait for seating really. Rather than getting seated then having your order taken, you order at the counter, they give you a table marker, and then you find a table and they bring out your food. The food took a little bit of a while for us. VIBES: Great for catching up with friends or a few family members, or perhaps even a casual date. It was a little bit loud inside and less walking room than other restaurants, but not a problem for us. There was also outdoor seating which looked really nice. BOTTOM LINE: LA and OC are definitely saturated with great brunch places, so I wouldn't say Urth is at the top of the list. But it's still pretty solid, and I could definitely see myself going again.

Natalia R.

Yelp
Food & Drink: 4/5 Chicken Pesto Omelet: 4/5 The eggs were a fluffy pillow for the chicken and pesto sauce. The sauce avoided the common pitfall of pesto dishes: the sauce was not too salty. Therefore, the dish turned out to be a delicate blend of buttery chicken and herby sauce. The cheese that was folded into the omelet added a nice touch. Potatoes: 5/5 These deserved a mention. I was expecting bland potatoes cubes. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find purple, yellow, and white potatoes. They were different shapes with varying flavors and colors. It was pleasant aesthetic and culinary element to my dish. Moroccan Mint Latte: 5/5 I ordered this with oat milk. The tea was frothy and comforting. The oat milk added a depth to the drink which elevated my experience. The design with the milk was simply an added bonus. Service: 5/5 The cashier was patient and I received order within a timely fashion. Ambience: 5/5 The inside looked like a vintage coffee shop that one might step into in Europe. It was cozy, filled with vintage decor, and adorned with flowers. Overall, this is a cute cafe that offers yummy brunch and drinks. If you are in Beverly Hills, you should stop by for a quintessential brunch experience.

Yelp
I know it is cliche to like Urth Caffe but I can't help myself. I love their gluten-free muffins, the Manhattan Mudd coffee and their pumpkin chai that is made with real pumpkin puree. I recently ordered the Mediterranean platter for lunch and the hummus and pita bread were freshly made. I know I am not the only one who likes Urth Caffe because the place is always packed with a line out the door.

Courtney D.

Yelp
Urth Cafe has always been an LA staple. I got the rose matcha with the El Diablo chicken panini. Both were super tasty! Service was good. I think the only thing I'd complain about is the patrons of this establishment. Some of them are so condescending and rude... no human decency.

Ash B.

Yelp
Literally some of the best food and coffee I have ever had. Their Spanish latte and pistachio coffee is amazing. The mushroom omelet was amazing. The waffles and pancakes are great! I have not had a bad meal here! The food best food quality and the best flavors. Service was fast too despite how busy they get. I cannot recommend them enough! You have to try! Please bring some cafes to the SF Bay Area!!

Allen S.

Yelp
I have been coming to Urth Caffe for 25 years now when they were an unknown on Melrose Street. I must say service has gone down since those moms and pops days but still good. I always get the sweets and different coffee drinks and they are always good. However even for these times their prices for sweets is a little high but at least they are bigger portions. I for their egg sandwich today for the first time and it was good but nothing to brag about. For a place like this and in Beverly Hills one would expect something more special. Bread is nice and soft and soaks the mayo pretty well. Eggs are scrambled and taste good. Avocado was fresh and the greens on the sandwich were a little too much and overpowered the taste. Little less might work better since it is also served with salad. Salad is fresh and dressing is always nicely distributed and all the leaves taste consistent with every bite. The wrapping on the sandwich can be better because it falls apart when you bite into it. Yelp-o-meter for food: 4 out of 5. Service: Like I said it has regressed meaning there is not that personal feel and everything feels rushed. Some might like the quick cleaning after you eat and for me personally makes all the movements in the eating area feel like a buffet. Yelp-o-meter: 3 out of 5. Ambiance: Any of their cafes have a great vibe. I think they scout their locations pretty well. This particular place has indoor and outdoor seating and feels cozy inside and very LA outside. Even in the winter they have heaters and a lovely fireplace as well. Crowd is mostly beautiful and hip. Yelp-o-meter: 5 out of 5. Yelpollaneous: They play great music and it is a mix of everything without that house music that makes you get a headache. From Frank Sinatra and Nina Simone to 80s hits to Persian pop. Parking is strictly on the street with metered parking. During the day you might have a hard time finding a spot but you can find one.

Haley H.

Yelp
Stopped here around 6pm for something to nosh on before a basketball game! Got the sprouts sandwich but added turkey to it and it was delicious!! The veggies were fresh and the turkey was moist. The bread was super soft. Also got a large tea with agave and definitely kept me warm! The shop is relatively small but there were plenty of corners to tuck away and work in, it was super cute and friendly. The person who took my order was really helpful with selecting tea!

Janelle S.

Yelp
Urth is a really cute cafe to catch up with friends. There are many small tables and a great selection of food ranging from delicious pastries to bigger breakfast/brunch/lunch items if you're looking for something more substantial. I personally had the fruit tart, which was really good. I would get it again. It was light, creamy, and not overly sweet. I also got the potato latkes. It was not as crispy as I would have liked and the potato seemed a little underdone, I would probably not get this again. My friend who got the Spanish Latte said she did not like it because the flavor was lacking, but the croissants were good. Overall, my friends and I thought it was really nice to go to and chat, the service was really nice and quick, but it was a little overpriced. It is worth it to go to if you want to stay for a bit, but it is not on my list of cafes to grab a quick pastry and coffee because of the price.

Yelp
Items ordered: Hot coffee, oat milk latte, cortado, gluten free berry muffin, gluten free pumpkin pie, regular pumpkin pie, omelet, breakfast burrito with GF tortilla Service: staff were very nice, thorough, and open to explaining dietary accommodations Value: A little pricey but typical for the area The Review: Our haul from Urth was delish. To start off, their espresso was bold, smooth, and flavorful. I usually opt for regular milk but the oat milk latte was pretty good! The amount of options for gluten free, vegan, and other dietary needs was just incredible. The star of the show was the berry muffin, which my sister immediately stole from me, and I was nearly reduced to tears. The breakfast burrito was also out of this world, and the GF tortilla was good! Minus one star because they gave me an incomplete order and I had to go back. Feedback was not good on the drip coffee either. The restaurant itself is very homey, with a fireplace inside and heating towers outside--perfect for a cozy AND chic brunch on the town. Issues with the order aside, I will totally go back when I return.

Daniel L.

Yelp
Got my entire order wrong. Paid almost $40 for lunch and couldn't have been more upset. Didn't toast my bread, didn't include ingredients in my sandwich that they charged me extra for, didn't put salad dressing on my salad, didn't include a side of pesto I requested. Even spoke to the manager and she went to investigate and never returned. What a joke!

Antonina C.

Yelp
The service is just horrible...I haven't been there since my last review, this place is so busy and they can't hire ppl who at least speak English? And have common sense? Seriously....the guy was setting up table for 4 ppl next to me but literally putting them ON MY TABLE,,,knowing that I'm not a part of their party.when I asked him how am I gonna exit he said NO ENGLISH.the food got worse. I asked 3 ppl to bring me to go box and a bag before using a "sign language "as well Since they had no idea what I was asking for.

Yelp
Service is great but the quality of their baked goods has gone downhill. I saw a row of Napoleon pastry and decided to order one along with some hot chocolate and tea. The Napoleon was stale and old. The custard was horrible. I don't understand why they are serving old stale pastry? If you're going to charge $12 plus for a dessert it needs to be fresh and not sitting out for God knows how long. I will not be coming back here anymore for their baked goods.

Yelp
The crew here is friendly and helpful. While there is a lay-back vibe, crew members are efficient. Customers here are pretty relaxed, chatting, sipping and enjoying a me moment. The reason I like Urth is its variety! Even for tea latte, it is available from matcha to Earl Grey. Today's matcha latte is creamy to smooth my day. Looking at its tea display shelf, I am amazed by its variety. The baked goods here have a generous portion, unlike its European cousins. I wish Urth will be expand to other markets beyond LA.

Yelp
We ordered the Napoleon, vegan pumpkin pie slice and flourless chocolate cake. It's busy over the weekend, long wait lines - there's an efficient customer service. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit difficult to find around the area since it's Beverly hills. Ambience is medium noise, can get a bit loud over the weekend.

Yelp
My absolute favorite breakfast/brunch spot in Beverly Hills. I always start with the Café Granita mocha. The Laguna breakfast and gluten-free pancake pancakes are my favorite. This is one of mine and my children's favorite spots every time we visit Los Angeles.

Yelp
Dessert. Hot Chocolate. It's what I got last week after dinner up the street. And I have to say - really enjoyed the blueberry cheesecake. Starting again - parking. It's on Beverly Blvd. Meters enforced until 9PM. Saw a garage but don't know what the rates are. I saw lots of open curbs in the neighborhood back behind but I didn't check signs if permits are required. They probably are. Walk up the stairs and in to take your order. Then find a seat or wait for your order to go. Grabbed outdoor seating under a few heat lamps. Side note - the heat lamps work really well. Not only did I have to take of my jacket, I think my skin might have caught a little tan. Anyway - to the cheesecake. Enjoyed the flavor and consistency. I felt the hot chocolate was I ordered with Almond Milk was standard. Not sure I'd get it again. But the cheesecake, I definitely would.

Yelp
Spanish latte is my fav! So many healthy options! Many pastry options and salads, so good!

Yelp
Busy! Line was out the door although it moved quite fast. Order at register and staff brings food out to your table. Note- breakfast not served all day and several of the lunch items specify that they come with a side salad but you have to specifically request it when ordering. Parking not great in the area- lots or paid street parking. If you're parking on residential side streets, read the signage well or prepare for a ticket!

Yelp
I would give 5 stars just for the drinks themselves. I got the green rose latte which is made with earl grey tea, rose, & potentially matcha bc it was well, green. It was incredible. I got it with nondairy milk. I got the paradise salad but it felt like a bunch of random ingredients thrown together :/ my mom got the portobello panini and loved it. My friend doesn't like the seating here. I'm not sure why. It is kind of crowded, I wouldn't come here to work on things like with my laptop. I mainly saw friends & family catching up. Many dogs. Very dog-friendly. Service is kind of weird but effective for purposes of a cafe - you stand in line to order & then you stand in another line to pick up your order. I feel like if you were to come alone, someone would swipe your table!!! It is a cafe after all though. I would come back solely for the drinks. The large is a huuuuuge bowl. Which is great for me bc I have a beverage addiction... to tea lattes. Thanks Urth :) please make your breakfast options into vegan versions! How badly I wanted pancakes, waffles, or French toast! You would be attracting a whole new level of clientele. It isn't expensive to switch some ingredients...

Yelp
I used to really love this place but now they're charging more than what you're getting I was a big fan of the Mediterranean platter, 3 grape things, 3 falafels, and enough food to make you full Now they're charging more for 2 grape things, 2 falafels and barely any food. Ugh. Was one of my favorite places and now I feel scam everytime I go. Won't be returning

Yelp
Food: 1. Eggs Benedict Canyon with salmon - I loved everything on my plate. From the Hollandaise sauce, the poached egg, the smoked salmon to the potato latkes and salad on the side. Delicious! 2. Panini El diablo- Pretty good, but not Amazing to me. Drinks: 1. Spanish latte - It was my first time tasting it and I'm a Fan! The latte has a smooth, nutty and earthy flavor. 2. Green tea Boba - I find this pretty mediocre. I would recommend the Rising Sun instead. Service: Good. Line could be long at times. Ambiance: Relaxing and nice. * If you sign up the urth loyalty program, you get to enjoy a complimentary birthday dessert along with other perks!
