"Built in 1947 to serve as Frank Sinatra’s weekend retreat (according to lore, he paid for the house and architect E. Stewart Williams’ services with his first big paycheck from MGM), Twin Palms has been lovingly transformed into a four-bedroom vacation rental. While the original recording studio, piano-shaped pool, and scattered Sinatra memorabilia are the main draw, the property itself is a pillar of mid-century architecture. The kitchen has been upgraded with brand new Viking appliances and modern amenities are all accounted for, but the mid-century furnishings and famous cracked sink (a byproduct of one of Sinatra’s and Ava Gardner’s many marital tiffs) do a good job of preserving the home’s history."

We absolutely love attending events at this Palm Springs iconic home. It has been beautifully restored and impeccably maintained. The house has Frank’s old mini recording studio still in place, and much of Frank Sinatra’s original artwork on the walls. One of the bedrooms features multiple photos of Frank with his wives and other celebrities. The primary bedroom’s bathroom still has the cracked sink in place that was broken by a tossed champagne bottle during an argument between Frank and his wife (at the time), Eva Gardner. If you get a chance to attend an event here, or just rent it for a weekend stay, you will love it.

Went to a wedding here. Amazing place to be. Sinatra's music played all through out the house. To spend time where Frank Sinatra lived is priceless.

I was part of a group that enjoyed an evening at Frank Sinatra’s estate hosted by a very talented Frank Sinatra impersonator. We had dinner on the lawn by the pool while the pianist played inside. After dinner, we gathered in the living room. Mr. Sinatra entertained us with popular ballads. The home was lit up and inviting. Hosts shared details about each room and told stories about things that happened back in the day. The mid-century modern home made it feel like we stepped back in time to get a glimpse of what it may have been like going to a dinner party hosted by Frank Sinatra in his own home. I highly recommend this venue and the group that hosted the event. They were attentive and welcoming. Dinner was a bit over cooked but the atmosphere and ambience more than made up for the chewy steak and dry salmon. It was a unique experience that I will never forget.

A must-see celebrity property in Palm Springs. Make sure you see the sink that Frank broke throwing a champagne bottle at Ava Gardner.

I can't express how much I love staying here!! The rooms are all so modern, the bathrooms...OMG!! I want to steal one and take it home! The biggest plus is The staff. Robert and Adam and staff are beyond amazing and make you feel at home. They keep the place soooooo clean. And they have paid so much attention to details...like covers for door knobs so you don't burn your hands trying to open a door. I can't recommend this place enough! I have stayed here twice so far, and plan to many times in the future. With breakfast and lunch included, as well as happy hours on Fridays and Saturdays, I mean, c'mon! I have stayed at 4 gay resorts in Palm Springs, and this is by far my favorite! I can't wait for my next stay!
