Two stars for the selection and atmosphere, but the customer service is terrible. Returned an item in-store and left the shop without a receipt for the return and no money back - “we need to approve things first”. It’s now been one week and I still haven’t gotten my money back, simply an email that confirms that the item is now in London and that they’re not happy that I contacted PayPal regarding my non-existent refund (after a week, it does make sense, doesn’t it?).
Unfortunately, it’s not the first time that this has happened. For my last return, I needed to send them a reminder after a while and all of a sudden, the PayPal payment happened.
It’s really a shame, as this is truly a beautiful shop and I loved to come here before. Will surely not be back again and will hope to receive my money back at some point.
