We had a wonderful stay! The staff was super friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and had a great view of the square. We loved hearing the live music at night. Hotel provides ear plugs and I’m a pretty light sleeper. I slept fine! AC worked great we were there during the heat wave. The location was fantastic!! There is a taxi stand right in front which made it super easy to get to our early morning tours across town.

We had an amazing stay here. We stayed in a triple room which had plenty of space, was very clean and lovely atmosphere. The staff were very lovely and accommodating. Great location too!

Small lovely hotel in great position when you want to explore the city. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast option is limited. Biggest down side is noise. Since the our room was situated to some square there were a lot of musicians playing whole time. Also there were some music in building running to early morning hours.

Great small hotel, in the best possible location to visit Rome!|From Tree Charme, everything in within 15-20 min walking distance, Vatican City, The Coliseum, Saint-Angelo Castle, the city centre,.. everything!|This hotel is situated in a beautiful area just beside the river, surrounded by small charming streets full of restaurants, cafes and shops... with all you can imagine to eat and buy . Best location ever!|And the hotel staff is great, very nice, friendly and helpful, always with a smile. Thank you guys for everything!|Breakfast was good. We are both vegan and they had soy milk and lots of gluten-free biscotti and biscuits. Good variety for non vegan as well. |Breakfast is always outside, in a lovely patio, but it was quite cold sometimes. No indoor breakfast room.|Best place to stay in Rome!

Used this as our base in Rome, walked to all the major sights, and it was local to some really nice bars and restaurants. Room was modern and clean, staff were helpful.|Breakfast on the terrace was lovely.|All in all a fantastic place to stay, I would recommend this to my friends and would stay here again.

5-stars to the hotel staff who were very helpful in recommending attractions and serving breakfast.||||The other stuff, not so great. This place felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Sure, it was somewhat cheap, but the whole thing just felt thrown together quickly. Like let's turn this space into a hotel in a few months and make some $$$. Interior was pretty basic, and shower was dingy. It's also oddly placed in a larger building where the other residents clearly resent there being a hotel. Breakfast also felt pretty average.

Wonderful place! The breakfast is very nice (eggs, many kinds of juices, coffee, fruits and so on). The staff is very friendly and happy to help with any need. The room is furnished with all we need (for two). There was hot water so no worries about that. Nice location close to the center by a couple minutes of walk.

Location is amazing. It is noisy but that’s to be expected as it’s beside Piazza Trilussa. The room we booked looked different to expected but it was still nice. I think I would book somewhere quieter and with better value for money. Staff are really nice. It is just personal preference for quieter location and a slightly bigger room but the view and staff were great :)
