Amazing high fashion Korean fashion store. Beautiful interior design and a great selection of cloth from awesome brands for both men and women. The sales crew is very nice and smily. I love it !

The selection is cool but the service is catastrophic. I have been there years ago and the staff was snobbish af. I decided to give it another try yesterday. When I entered the staff was just chatting between themselves, didn’t even reply my " Bonjour ", while a client was trying on a jacket. They were acting like if they were paid to chat here. If the snobbishness is the brand image your are trying to present, you are doing it perfectly 👍

I waited to pay at least 10 minutes and after somebody passed in front of me and they didn't even care. And they asked me how they can help... I said I am waiting since minutes. She said have you never been waited a line in Paris? And said they are so popular today 😂 good clothes but sales people are horrible, fake and unprofessional.

Every time I’m in Paris I always go to Tom Greyhound, I love the selection and the great service ! The staff is always so friendly, helpful and nice! I was here today during their major sale, and even though they had a lot of customers, they were so attentive and helped everyone as fast as they could ! See you next time🫶🏽

Best place in Paris for some selection for fashion!

Incredible selection, high quality designers, reasonable prices, and amazing service. I'm super thankful for Ekaterina and how she was able to let me return a sweater that didn't fit me properly. I've recommended Tom Greyhound to friends in the US and we all love that they carry selections that we can't find here easily. I'll be returning shortly to purchase other items and I hope to visit the store in-person when I'm in Paris next time.
