The low rating is regarding the email “Concierge” service— the only way to communicate with Thuma post-order—and the lack of delivery ETA.
I was not provided many details once I submitted my order re: delivery date, with only vague references to a delivery ETA (at best).
At the time that I ordered, the Thuma website listed a “ready to ship in 3-5 days.”
But, as of the time I am writing this, it has been over 2 weeks since I ordered and still no definitive ETA.
Even accounting for the “ready to ship in 1-2 weeks” currently listed on the website (picture provided for evidence), they have missed their site’s listed (vague) ETA.
Regarding their concierge service’s response to my emails requesting a more definitive ETA, I keep getting more vague timelines, “5-7 business days,” the same response for the past few days.
I would recommend Thuma provide a rough Date ETA at time of purchase and that their concierge service be able to provide one upon request.
