I had the most amazing experience here ! I designed my own dress and set and the ladies helped me pick out the fabric. Both were ready in less than a day to try on and everything fit pretty much perfectly already. They made some small adjustments and I picked the clothes up the next day. The clothes were made sooo well and done exactly as I wanted — honestly better than I could have imagined ! Plus, the ladies were so kind and patient in making sure everything was how I liked.

The entrance looks tiny from the street but once you walk in, Thu will lead you to the grand design room. The selection of fabrics and designs seem endless. It's family run, she and LeAn made me feel like family! It's also doubles as a quiet escape from the busy shops along the street. I had two funky dress shirts made and one traditional Ao Di made and it turned out just as elegant as I imagined.

Cannot recommend Thu Thuy Silk enough! I had a dress custom made (in one day!) and it is beautifully sewn and fits like a glove. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful; I even got to hand-pick the buttons that I wanted. Plus they have a huge selection of beautiful fabrics and patterns! Thank you :)

Don't even think of doing business here with Thu Thuy Silk. Very bad experience. Very poor skills and service. Few meters away A Dong provied quality service and great finsih product at very resonable price.

Amazing ! Very professional

Während unseres 2-tägigen Aufenthalts in Hoi An wurde uns Thu Thuy Silk empfohlen, weshalb wir dann am nächsten Morgen für einen Besuch entschieden haben. Der unscheinbare Shop schien ganz nett auszusehen. Beim Betreten wurden wir sofort ins Hinterhaus geführt, wo uns eine breite Auswahl an Stoffen präsentiert wurde, was mich positiv überraschte. Frau Thu Thuy nahm sich persönlich die Zeit, die Maße präzise aufzunehmen und mich zu beraten, was für mich die individuelle Betreuung bei Thu Thuy Silk unterstreicht. Das Team (2 weitere Mitarbeiter), besonders Frau Thu Thuy, zeigten außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Geduld bei der Beratung und der Umsetzung meiner Wünsche. Das schreibe ich weil ich wirklich sehr unentschlossen bei der Auswahl des Stoffes und vor allem bei der Farbe des Anzuges war. Ich ließ einen Anzug mit 2 Hosen und einem zusätzlichen Blazer anfertigen und bin beeindruckt von der Qualität des Stoffs und des Schnitts. Es musste eine kleine Anpassung an der Hose gemacht werden, welche noch am selben Tag vorgenommen wurde. Innerhalb eines Tages war alles fertig, und mein maßgeschneiderter Anzug wurde sogar noch am selben Abend ins Hotel geliefert. Die herausragende Qualität und der professionelle Service haben mich überzeugt, Thu Thuy Silk bedenkenlos weiterzuempfehlen. Mein nächster Maßanzug wird definitiv wieder bei Thu Thuy Silk gefertigt.
