I came here with my mom looking for a wig for her that looked similar to her current hairstyle so it wouldn’t be too obvious/ big change. We were greeted by Miguel and he was extremely helpful in finding the perfect wig for her. They have a large selection of human hair and synthetic wigs here. There is a wig for every price point here. We found a wig that my mom loved and we left really happy. They have great customer service here. Highly recommend to visit.

We went to the Wig shop and wow, what a grey experience! The store is very spacious, clean and follows the Covid protocol really well. There is a beautiful selection of wigs for men and women. Real hair & synthetic hair. Short hair to long hair and all lengths in between. I got a purple, long hair wig for Mardi Gras and it’s beautiful!!! I paid around $35 and it looks like a paid a lot more for it! They have wigs in every color. I liked a quite a few of the fun color wigs and our Amazzzzing staff member Marlene told me most of the wigs came in different colors. So I picked out a few wigs and she came back with a few wigs in different shades of purple. Our small group of shoppers would definitely go back!

Jasmine and Jimmy were AWESOME, SO kind, patient and helpful to me and my daughter. They encouraged us to really have fun trying on wigs and made us feel very comfortable. Great selection of wigs too!!

I love this shop! The wig masters are incredibly knowledgeable. Plus, they're super nice. I needed a pastel blue wig on the fly for a photo shoot. I called them and asked if they could text me options. 5 minutes later I had 3 options. They're quick response helped save our shoot. I'll definitely be coming back!

Absolutely the best store for buying wigs and having them washed and styled after repeated wearing. They have very diverse styles and colors, all of which you can try on while seated in front of a mirror. The salespeople are attentive and helpful. I find their prices very reasonable both for synthetic and real hair pieces.

Leah was very helpful! Although they were short staffed, she still gave me undivided attention and helped me find wigs I really like. Mind you I had no clue what I wanted because I’ve never worn them before but she knowledgeable and professional.

I love this place! I have a hair condition I'm very embarrased about and this place offers a private room to try wigs on so you don't have to feel self conscious. The lady attendant was so kind she helped me find a wig and even cut the lace so I didn't screw it up at home trying to do it myself. She answered all my questions and made me feel so welcome. I'll definitely be back. The prices are excellent too with lots of variety. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!

Attention Cheap, without labels, all are taken off to be deceiving. You can find that quality online, or in other stores in boxes for a LOT less money. Only a few represent higher quality on the main shelf and they are over $1000. If you don't know much about wigs do your homework 1st. Education on wigs and quality is key. If you are looking for a Halloween wig that is the place. It is a place to buy cheap quality wigs they will not last after a few washes.

I've came here two different times, once for a bachelorette I was attending and needed a fun wig, the second was I needed extensions for an event. Both times the owner helped me find what I needed! He was sooo sweet and helpful!! They have lots of inventory and he really helped me find the perfect shade to match my hair for the extensions. 10/10 would recommend this spot for all your hair/wig needs!! They have parking in the back that you pay as you park!

Bebe is amazing!!! I am a cancer patient, who was recently re-diagnosed, and I decided to go the wig route. I had previously ordered some cheap wigs online (don't do it! you'll just depress yourself) and was told by everyone that I needed to go into a store. First of all, I had no idea how to shop for wigs, second of all, I had no idea to fit and style them, so of course things are going to look even worse! I went in last weekend and Bebe took a lot of time and effort to help me find the perfect first wig. They showed me how to fit the wigs and gave me great tips for maintenance, care, and styling. She's also very funny and kind and put me right at ease with her personalized attention. The store itself is large, with a wide selection (~$40 for Halloween-worthy wigs-thousands of $$ Kosher wigs). These consist of synthetic wigs, higher- grade synthetic wigs and a range of human hair wigs. According to Bebe, a first wig made from synthetic hair is usually a bit easier of a noob to maintain (my words, not theirs), but I found a great human hair option that is low maintenance for around $150, including a brush and mannequin head. She also let me know about their discount for cancer patients, which was super awesome. I will definitely be back and please go see Bebe and all the other folks who work there xoxo

I was unhappy with a purchase and called and had a good conversation with Kerstin. I was told to come in, and let's fix it! Talk about going the extra mile for a client! I feel great after visiting. Thank you for your help and support.

This will be an unforgettable experience for many reasons - but especially because of Bebe - THANK YOU!! I was so nervous going in here. But as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the kindest person aka Bebe! I was educated on wigs, able to try on multiple wigs, and was made to feel so comfortable. CANCER SUCKS - but I'm so thankful there are kind compassionate people who are willing to make hard experiences a little easier. Thank you so much. The store was clean, they had a large selection and wide variety of priced wigs. Parking was $5 behind the building.

I recently purchased clip-in hair extensions from this establishment, and I must say it was quite disappointing. Despite the hefty price tag of nearly $400, the quality fell far short of my expectations. Comparable extensions can be found online for a fraction of the cost, offering much better thickness and lushness. I just wanted these for some extra length but after wearing these extensions for a single event, I regret to say that I won't be using them again. They are thin and stringy, so they didn't match my hair at all. The overall quality definitely did not justify the price. It's disheartening when a significant investment doesn't meet even basic expectations.

This place is not a good choice, there are many other places to go even for party wigs. If it is not for fun don't waste your time at all. You will only get a few wears out of it before it's a throw away (THIS IS NO LIE). You will have knots in the back and tangles that makes the hair trash. Don't try washing it, it will be over even quicker. They remove tags so you can't look up the prices online. The prices here are 110% markup, sometimes more for a cheap brand that is why they remove the tags.

Lmao not this draft being from 2017 and I'm trying to clean out my drafts... So, last year I had chemo and blah blah blah my hair fell out. Fast forward (I'm fine now, no pity parties please) to the holidays and I realized, that although I love the pixie cut that's now fuzzily growing on my head, I did want something longer for all the events and parties. I had purchased from the Hair Shop years ago for my extensions for my wedding, so figured the Wig Shop would be the place to go for my holiday do. Hazel was an absolute doll from start to finish. She was super patient, as I was unbelievably unsure. I had never tried on a wig prior to (I had purchased one during chemo, but online and without research, because who has time for that in the midst of all that lol). So this was something I really wanted to be sure on. We matched up a decent length that fit in my budget and away I went. Fast forward some more - since the initial wig, I ended up getting a second wig that was even better than the first. A year later my mom ended up getting diagnosed with cancer and she was worried about finding something that would match her 'asian auntie' haircut/style but once again the staff was amazing at finding her several. I've constantly referred friends for all their hair needs and would happily return the next time I'm in need of extensions or a wig (but hopefully never for the same reasons, lol).

I tried to walk in at 5:55pm 5 minutes before they time closed base on google and yelp. Why would a business promote they closed their doors at 6pm and you try to walkn in and they don't allow you to shop. Personally I consider it false advertising for a business to closed early than their announce time on google and yelp.

Parking FREE!! Staff was amazing Phillip helped me out today searching for the perfect wig for a work interview. They also assisted me drink g my bangs down.

My mom was trying to find a wig store. I live in downtown and my Yelp showed this store on Wilshire. Sun She came at 10am and Yelp working hours says it's open since 10. Unfortunately the store was closed. And the working hours at the door sign written SUNDAY CLOSED ( no sign BY APPOINTMENT ONLY) Today on Tue we came together at 6.30 The store was open but they don't accept walk in clients. The Sequrity guy said Only by appointment. We call at 6.36 nobody respond. It must be a big SIGN on everything (Accepting clients by appointment) and working hours must be matched with Yelp and door sign. Very disappointed with the experience.

Update to an earlier 5-star review. Returned today with my teen to get another wig after a wonderful experience 6 months ago. This one was anything but. First man was so unhelpful and entirely irritated that we asked for another person. She was better but still seemed put out and disinterested in truly helping a fragile teen wearing a medical device on her waist. Felt like a favor to take our $800 so we plan to take our money elsewhere. *still a great selection and decent prices, although it'd be nice if the $$$ included thinning out a wig, the chance for repeat customers to try on more than 5, and maybe even some advice on how to care for the wig/glue the lace down that doesn't feel like an imposition. By the way, the store was otherwise empty.

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. We went to help our friend get a wig and booked an appointment. From start to finish the service was impeccable. My friend was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. We were educated on the different styles, colors, lengths, after care instructions, and fittings. All questions were answered in a knowledgeable way. The prices were great for the quality of product they have. Will definitely be back and keep this place in mind for those who need. 10 out of 10.

My first wig I was taken advantage of. They sold me a wig that other wig shops explained that is not good for my small frame. It did not even fit properly. It was expensive also with no returns. Unless u are extremely knowledgeable don't go there .$800

I just visited the Wig Shop for the first time and it was a great experience. I was looking for a specific style/color of wig for a Halloween costume and the staff was super helpful and friendly. I was assisted in selecting and trying on a few different wigs before I found the one I ended up buying. There are a wide variety of wigs in the store and most of the ones I was looking at ranged from $70-$100. FYI you no longer need to make an appointment to visit (I was a little confused on that on the website) and can walk right in!

The patrons that once worked there were cordial and very helpful when it came to finding the right product that I was looking for. The prices in this store are quite high for the amount of products that I use. I used to buy 4 times the amount I bought today and I paid quite a lot for it. I also noticed the store had large dead insects inside the draws where hair is kept. I also noticed large dead insects on the floors as I was leaving. I will not be going back there anymore. The owner obviously doesn't care what his customers may notice and think .

updated review - still 5 stars: This place is great!! I really don't understand all the negative reviews. I've been here before COVID hit and had a wonderful experience. I came back a month ago and had yet another good experience. Today was no different! I met the manager, Kristen today who was extremely kind! I was helped today by Jazmin who was extremely outgoing, kind and cared about giving me the best options for what I needed! Not only was her customer service great but she genuinely had a lovely energy to her! You could tell she enjoyed her job! I noticed a lot of the newer reviews are upset that they are still doing appointment only, but the reality is we are STILL in a pandemic. They do everything to make you feel safe, comfortable and they're extremely clean! I am fully vaccinated and have a weak immune system, so I am not opposed to having to make an appointment. It makes me and I'm sure many others feel safer! It takes literally 2 minutes of your time to call them up and make that appointment. This place has great quality and the workers are always so kind. Thank you for a wonderful experience today!

Man oh man how I wish I could remember the employee's name who helped me... He has very curly, long dark hair... hopefully this reaches him. I'm a girl in my mid-20s with alopecia. I've never had a topper before but used to wear a full wig in middle school. There was about a 10 minute wait before I spoke with the aforementioned employee. Not only was he very kind and patient as he listened to me ramble about how nervous I was, but was genuinely passionate about helping me find a topper. The one he chose is PERFECT, and since meeting him a few weeks ago I've worn it every day. He even gave me a reference to good salons that deal with hair pieces. Again, really hope this reaches him, because he turned what could have been a nerve wracking day into a shopping experience I'll never once regret. Thanks!!

I was in need of a replacement of the same wig I've been getting for the past 2 years (when I need it). I normally go the to one off of Highland and Fountain, but they only carry mostly front laces now. So I was told to go to the Wilshire location. I found my wig, but it was 20 dollars more. I was not about to pay that. Especially since I know what the price should have been shouldn't matter on location as to the price. I told the young lady about the price situation, and they called the other store. Sure enough, they found out I was right and adjusted the price. The stuff was very nice and accommodating. The only reason I gave them 4 star is because they need more inventory. I tried on 5 wigs and the other ones I liked didn't have my color. But as far as front laces, they have an amazing array of both human and synthetic in their selection!

We came here in not the happiest circumstances (upcoming chemotherapy) and also knowing nothing about wigs, but the staff took fantastic care to put us at ease. Phoebe couldn't have spent more time helping us pick out different styles and made sure we knew what we were looking at - human hair vs. synthetic, different weaves, etc. She make sure everything was explained, practiced putting on the wigs and the store manager took plenty of time to style them before we left. We left with three human hair wigs, one "fun" synthetic "Cruella" wig and a hair halo. What could have been a miserable experience turned into a fun one and we'd recommend this store wholeheartedly. I think it goes without saying that if you're looking for guaranteed service then make an appointment, it doesn't make any sense to me that you'd just walk in off the street and expect to be looked after immediately.

Rude owner guy with blonde hair really rude. It said the store was open at 6:30pm, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Will go to the hair in the valley instead of this one, avoid this one unless you want to deal with unprofessional workers. Might as well go to the hair place across the street called His and her hair goods your better off there, don't know why this place has good reviews unless they hired an idiot. Super unhappy with this place. AVOID this place at all costs!!!!

Even the parking guy and the guard were welcoming. The staff was amazing and BeeBee (sp?) was the BEST! Wasn't looking for anything crazy or showy, just wanted a small piece to fill out some thinning hair on my elderly mother. She was treated like a star and with respect. Recommending to all.

This is "THE" place to get your wigs!! Shopped here yesterday with a friend who is in need of a wig and by golly they had so many choices!! Currently it's by appointment only, so be sure to call ahead before coming in. Our appointment was right after they opened, and Kirsten (who also happened to be the store manager) was the one who helped us. She was full of wig knowledge and ever so helpful even with the many questions that we had since both my friend and I are pretty new to all this. You are required to wear a mask for the whole duration, and upon entering, they will scan your temperature, have you sanitize your hands and wear gloves that they provide. They let you try on the wigs and will help you put it on as well, which was a big help for my friend who had no idea what to do and how. They can also style the wig to your liking, give it a haircut if needed, pretty much like a salon for wigs. My friend found the hair color and style that she liked, but it just needed a bit more layers in the front to frame her face, so the expert wig stylist (I forgot his name) did it on the spot since he wasn't too busy and voila, it was perfect. Parking is free and plenty, it's behind the store so no need to park on Wilshire. You need to enter through the back door anyways, so it's more convenient. This place is a must visit if you're in need of a wig (either for fashion or medical). The only problem you'll have is deciding which one to get!!

The manager Kristen is the worst thing to happen to this place . If you leave a review about your experience ... she will have it taken down by Yelp because she doesn't want others to see what's actually happening here . They blame it on the "extraordinary circumstances " we are dealing with right now. I don't think continuing to stay appt only because you're understaffed is that circumstance - that's just someone with no ability to recruit and hire . Poor policies still blaming everything on Covid , discrimination, and favoring certain customers needs over others . She will probably respond to you if you leave a bad review saying the same thing she says to everyone else but also working to get your review taken down in the meantime ... it's already happened to me twice . Like I said before - the wigs are mediocre and overpriced , the staff is helpful but 1 on 1 service is not required for wig shopping especially when you know what you want . The hair extensions/ selection of accessories is good . The store must be super clean! Not like they are seeing tons of customers and they are sanitizing everything in the store after every person. There are also 15 other wig stores where you won't have to worry about this manager ... Get this Taken down Kristen, I dare you... or maybe focus your time on improving your customer service skill set so I can update my review ... everyone loves a comeback story!

I've never been to an official wig shop before, but within minutes of coming in today Christina asked to help find what I was looking for and she was absolutely fabulous the whole time helping me! I wanted a wig that was longer but close to my blonde hair color that I could throw on for a night out or special event and not worry about styling my hair etc. Christina walked me through the different types and let me pick out the styles I liked the most no questions. She explained the best way to put on a cap and then shimmy on the wig...I went through a couple that were definite NOs, but then narrowed it down to a few I really liked. A couple other ladies in the shop chimed in and encouraged me to get the one I was feeling the most and I am SO happy I did!! I took it home and fiddled around with it styling different ways to see what worked best. Needless to say I absolutely LOVE this option and can see myself going back in the near future to have Christina help me change it up again. Everyone at the shop was very kind and helpful...if you are looking for a great place to find quality hair pieces this is IT!

Went here today and had a great experience. The store has a vast selection of wigs in all price ranges. The person who helped me (unfortunately didn't get his name) was super helpful and encouraged me to try on a number of different wigs until I found the one that was the best one for what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable of the different types of wigs, options for styling and maintenance. I will be back!

Kady was so attentive! She helped us style the wigs, didn't seem bothered when we asked for a new style (several times) , and even went out of her way to trim the clear fold. We really appreciate the service she gave us.

Kirsten hooked me up for an OG July 4th party last minute. I needed a powdered wig and she teased and styled a Monroe to make it happen for me. Great service and by appt only so be sure to call & book before you drop by.

Super fun experience and they let me try on whatever wigs I wanted. Super helpful staff that helped me find exactly what I needed. For a synthetic hair wig, it's pretty good! Will be coming back for more wigs in the future.

I've been to so many wig shops in LA looking for wigs to wear during breast cancer treatment, chemo, radiation and also those more over until my hair grows. This is for only place to come for wedding shopping in the city, they have the quality ypu need in every price range. Please for your own sanity and psyche, come here first. I wish I would have, I would have saved much needed money Thanks

Jimmie is a superstar! I came to the shop right from the airport. I didn't realize i needed an appointment (airplane brain) but they squeezed me in which was so nice. Jimmie helped me and was very attentive and honest which I could not appreciate more. He made my experience seamless and enjoyable. For Jimmie!

This review is for Miguel who helped me out. He was so amazing To my mom and I! I recommend you going to him if you're a first timer or just need good suggestions to begin. I was picking out a few wigs and he observed and patiently helped me try on wigs. From his observation of my price point and type of wigs I was picking out- without even telling him he picked out the perfect wig and great a price point with for me! I do like that the prices are low to high depending on what you're looking for. I paid about $580 for my human hair wig and I love it!!! I will be going back thanks to Miguel! I was originally going to hair queen across the street but from reading the reviews and If you not IG famous you're treated poorly I was led to the wig shop and I'm sooo happy!! Try them out guys and ask for Miguel!

I am a 50 something year old black woman suffering from female pattern baldness for the past 25 years. I finally decided to get a hair transplant but needed a wig to wear during my journey. I have NEVER worn a wig before. Miguel was sooo patient with me and even brought me water during my meltdown. He was knowledgeable, educational, professional, non judgmental and just a great human being. I'm actually getting emotional writing this but thank you Miguel for helping me start this journey of hair restoration. Oh and after trying on NUMEROUS wigs I found one I love and am actually excited to wear it!

I HIGHLY recommend coming to The Wig Shop. I had such a fun experience today trying on different wigs with my wig stylist, Amber. She was SO sweet & patient as I tried on (and re-tried on) a half dozen red & blond wigs. Thank you, Amber My initial goal coming here was to just check out the store & see what they had to offer. To be honest, I really just wanted to see what I'd look like with red hair, since I was thinking of dyeing it reddish brown soon. I ended up LOVING the wigs & had a blast. So, after playing dress up for about an hour or so, I ended up leaving with "PROMISE" - a very beautiful & VERY red wig. I have to say, I left feeling quite fierce & fiery Overall, I had an absolutely wonderful experience shopping here and will DEFINITELY be coming back for at least one of the blond wigs, if not both. I can't wait!

This place is great! Large selection, friendly staff and nice prices. I'm Gender Fluid, assigned Male at birth. It's hard to find wigs that feminize me nicely. And I wasn't sure what I was looking for. Marlene helped me find a wig that suited me. She was super patient and incredibly nice! She made suggestions and let me try on several wigs. I never felt rushed nor pressured. I will be back!

The Wig Shop is Awesome!!!! Weather it's a wig for necessity or for fun, they have it All!!! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. For our visit we had a necessity with and I got a purple wig for Mardi Gras. Marlene helped us and she was so potent and kind. She took so much time with us and we both walked hit with wigs that we both loved! The selection is Top Notch! Every length, every color, real hair & synthetic! My long hair purple wig was $35 and it's really well made!! It looks like it would cost $100 or more. We went during Covid and we made a Sunday appt for our visit. We were given gloves to wear and the store is clean and following Covid protocol. What a great visit. I am so impressed overall with the customer service and selection. Even the security guard opened the door for us and he is an absolute gem!

Such kind and patient staff! They graciously let us in without an appointment and let us take our time browsing around their amazing selection of wigs. They let us test out 5 wigs per person! We were helped by Philip who was so helpful with the application of the wigs and giving input. He taught us how to put on the wigs and made sure everything was nice and clean for us. With all the trying my friend found the wig he was looking for and it was reasonably priced and amazing quality. They have a selection of real hair, but we chose a synthetic wig that felt soft and had the perfect shade of purple. Would recommend this place to anyone who is just curious and wants to try wigs and good ones at that. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you to the shop and Philip! Give that man a raise!

Blondes really do have more fun! Weeeeeeeeee! Seriously though, I continue to lose over 50% of my hair from a terrible hair PRP experience - a mortifying experience overall. So if I have a special event to attend and I can't wear my hoodie or baseball cap, Albeir at The Wig Shop came to my rescue. Having been a brunette my whole life, my big dream was to see if blondes really do have more fun. So I asked for platinum with dark roots and Albeir literally picked up a wig from his vast inventory and I've been in love ever since! This shop is nice and spacious and Albeir is 100% experienced in helping his clients with all things wigs - (whether you are a newbie or a pro to wigs) and extensions and accessories. Up next for me is being a red head. My husband even loved the new look on me! LOL. AND, the price was very reasonable for human hair - although synthetics are options too. This shop is taking extra precautions during COVID times so I truly appreciate him being able to still wash and style my wig as needed. I've had a couple of friends drop by after seeing me in my wig and get themselves a wig or two. I was skeptical being new to wigs - but they look great AND are super comfy. I've yet to sweat in one even in the summer months and with a little headband, it doesn't budge! Again, I only wear it on occasion for special events b/c I'm lazy, but many women wear these daily! Give yourself a dopamine boost and surprise your significant other with a fun change of pace! I'm such a fan!!!

Great selection of human hair wigs & synthetic wigs. I've bought 2 wigs here at the last minute before an event and have always found an affordable wig. They have really expensive ones but also ones that are reasonable in price and are lace front with nice hair fullness. The staff is always very friendly. Was assisted by Marlene this time around and she was nice and honest about what wig looked best. The only thing missing is someone who is expert in putting the wigs, especially front lace ones, on so that the wigs look like they are natural. Plenty of videos on YouTube but a in-person confident tutorial would be nice.

I really really hope the management of this shop reads this. I never take the time to write reviews since I am a business owner myself and know that there is a lot that goes int pleasing your customer. However, what happened here last night was rather horrible. I walked in at around 5 PM from the back door as I walked in there was a gentleman paying he had a cute little dog with him, I didn't see how much was the total cost of the items he was paying, but we all know this place is not cheap. I looked the the sweet little dog and lifted my eyes as I walked in. I was greeted with a very very unkind tone by a gentleman ( later being told his name is BB) "How can I help you "with an unkind tone. I explained the reason I had come. About a minute Later the gentleman that was finishing up Paying said can I pls have a bug I don't want to walk out with wigs in my hand. BB said "YOU DONT HAVE TO BE SO RUDE, I'll GIVE YOU A BAG". The way he said it was unbelievably unkind to the customer. The customer was shock and very fittingly upset. This was horrible, I don't know why I didn't walk out at that very moment. If the management is reading this, I truly believe you need to revaluate having BB as your employee and the person representing your business

Go to "wigs today" about 1/2 mile away. This place is so unfriendly it's ridiculous. I came here to brows for a certain wig and when I said if I can just look for it in my own, they said no! My first time ever going to a wig shop, and that's how I got treated. If it's your first time doing this, I don't recommend this to be your first shop to go to. Horrible experience!! 0 stars!

My friend and I just left the Wig Shop and boy did we have FUN with Albeir. He was so very patient with us! With no complaints. The Wigs are quality and he has a great variety . We recommend this place with five stars !!!! They have specials and sales as well !!!

I have never worn wigs and have never even tried one on so I was a bit nervous about my first experience since I was trying to find something cute for Halloween. But my friend and I came by and were assisted by Marlene. She was AWESOME! She was super friendly and let us both try on a variety of wigs that were cute and actually complimented our faces. We were LIVIN in this place!! haha Marlene was super knowledgeable and made the experience so much fun, i couldn't leave without buying one! so happy she was the one who assisted us and I can't wait to go back to see what other cute fits they'll have for me to take home. Shout out to MARLENE for the AMAZING service ! Went to the wig shop with my friend since she was looking for a cute wig for halloween, we BOTH ended up getting wigs due to Marlene service . Marlene was a true angel , she was knowledgeable, skilled , and professional about her craft . Marlene went out of her way to make me and my friend feel like WIG QUEENS and she was very patient letting us try on all the fun wigs ! If you guys need help finding a wig please ask for MARLENE she won't let you down !

I recently went with my mom and a couple of friends to the wig shop. I was helped out by Bebe and they were so fantastic and knowledgeable! My mom bought herself a wig that she loved and I also got one to change up my style that was both blonde and brunette. I also got help from Bebe with a wig I had previously bought and they are helping me style her so that I can properly use her in the future since I've struggled for a while with her. Very kind and sweet service!

From the outside on Wilshire Blvd this place looks very appealing. But upon entering around the block, I was slightly disappointed. There was a man who was dealing with another customer, so I I hung around and waited for about 10 mins. I'm browsing around wondering if anybody else works here... After that time I see a girl come out of the back with a sour look on her face it seemed as if she was on her lunch break because she didn't give me the time of day. So I continue waiting awkwardly for someone to assist me, I was just looking around and didn't understand the layout of the place ... at one point the woman looks at me annoyed and say MAAM you can't be back there! I just sat there like ok I'm not trying to steal from you, just would like some help?? Shortly after the man was finished he assisted me and was kind, but the other woman working here ... if I were the owner would would want to know. I literally would have spent $400 on a setup for Halloween but your girl looks like she literally hates her life and job. Disappointing.
