THE SUM OF US

I was so happy/lucky/relieved to find this spot in my travels. I should have got all 3 names I feel bad, Esther will know if anyone there asks her who else it was that gave me such kind and incredible service. This is the kind/style and type food /juices and smoothies I eat and make at home and I was so tired of hotel food. This was exactly what I needed. The staff too! There are many of course. But the first evening I stopped by those 3 in particular. Esther and 2 others were just so amazing it meant a lot and was like seeing friends even though I had never met them. Sum of Us is lucky to have them. I miss this place already and so does my stomach that is not liking hotel restaurant foods. I am in a different part of Dubai now and can’t walk there as I was doing. I would go every day if I could. I dined in twice and even took some to go for my dinner the next day too. lol But I have already started to spread the word to others. And just wanted to write this to actually shout out those 3 the most! 🥰 As well as show my support for others to try it. Dubai needs more healthy spots like this! I’m sure there are. But they are a bit harder to find. Anyways thank you and the team so much. I enjoyed and needed it. 🙏🏼

A must go! The food here is beyond amazing, every dish we tried was very delicious. The atmosphere is very inviting. What really sets this place apart is the coffee roaster right in the middle of the cafe. The aroma is heavenly, and it adds such a unique touch to the ambiance. Whether you're here for breakfast, lunch or just a coffee, you'll love the experience. Highly recommend!

Nice place. They have valet parking for two hours free. The coffee is fine and menu is interesting. Food was delicious. But felt the Croissont could have been softer. Service was good and ambience is cool too. Not crowded when I went.

Atmosphere is great, service is excellent, but the food was a disappointment. We had the veal Benedict and the mushroom Benedict which were tasteless and served on a dry croissant, which honestly did not match well! A sourdough toast or any toast would have been much better.

High quality food here for a reasonable price. Live locally and it’s such a nice place to come out to when wanting a quick bite to eat. The staff are attentive and nice, however the dishes took quite some time to come out. I tried the sea bass, the portion size seemed slightly different from that which shows on other pictures on Google. Nevertheless, it was fresh and delicious. We also tried the chicken Caesar salad which was very nice indeed. The portion size was definitely worth the price. I would say it is worth a trip and the energy of the place is DEVINE 😹

One of the best Shakshuka, I've had. We came as a group of five through a recommendation and all five had the shakshuka. The poached eggs in simmering tomato sauce with spices and a dash of cheese was on point - a five on five served with bread. The coffee was excellent and the group had two rounds of cappuccinos, flat whites and latte. The place has a rich aroma of coffee specially when the coffee roastery is active. We are definitely coming back to try more of the other menu offerings.

Nice cafe with good unique choices of food and beverages. Somehow there seems to be more staff than customers though the place is 30% full. Price is pretty steep. Quality of food and coffee is up there but somehow I found the food just ok. Coffee was nice and smooth. The ambience is nice but it was chilled with plenty of flies and mosquitoes. Not pleasant.

The staff here are incredibly nice and attentive. They made sure to check if we had any allergies and catered to our needs accordingly. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their customers truly made our experience exceptional. Highly recommend!
