I thoroughly enjoyed this spot for my first real outing in the club scene in Houston. Great comics and excellent karaoke. I probably left a mark on this establishment, and they will surely remember "Blake." The bartender was awesome, and I will definitely return at my earliest opportunity. Thanks for a safe, fun-filled evening in Houston.

I been living here for several years and they have come a long way. They are good at keeping the landscape clean and public areas like the gym clean. Hopefully they put a stairmaster in the gym since the treadmills don’t fully work. Overall great place to relax and work out.

I have generally had a good experience but went today and the comedian I went to see wasn't there even though he was listed as the headliner so it was very misleading. These people engage in bait and switch tactics where they tell you a popular person is playing, then they put up a bunch of shitty people and no headliner that was advertised. It was very disappointing this time and I would not ever recommend this club to any human being.

Workers here are very nice and what make the place honestly. From the bartenders to the ticket checker.
Security are very serious and check every pocket of your bag every time yo u go out and come back in.. I like the fact that they don't let minors out once in venue. The music is wa too loud even for a concert. My ears hurt during and after with ear plugs.. I wouldn't come back for this reason.. A concert doesn't have to cause hearing loss to be enjoyable.. It is right beside a brewery and food trucks which is good.

The bartender here was amazing. Made me delicious mocktail since I haven't been drinking. The comedy was great. The atmosphere was very cool & the roof seating is wonderful. Feels like a hole-in-the-wall with a great view & tall ceilings. Would happily visit here regularly.

Best comedy club this side of Houston! As a new comic, I struggled to find places where I can find “mic time.” Thank God for The Secret Group. They have open mics at least 5 days a week! You can really strengthen your comedic genius there! Sure, their line may be long.. but it’s only because some of the hottest comedians in the world work out their funny at this mic! I’ve met some really talented people there and made connections that I hope will last my entire career! They have always supported me as a comic! And whether I’m on the line up or not, they have some of the hottest local comedy shows! And sometimes they’re as close to free as one can get! But I also think it’s cool they double as a music venue! Really nice that you can get two venues for the price of one! it’s no Secret that The Secret Group is the place to be! 🔥

Went here for the comedy show, which is in a room behind the main venue. Called “The Box”. Comedian line up was good on a Saturday evening. The place is way smaller than I expected…approx 40 chairs in total and it was 30% empty. Would have enjoyed the show more if more people would attend
Be aware, the seemingly cheap entry ticket ($10 in advance) will add up quick to a $50+ visit, through online ($5) fees, parking ($15) and not-so-cheap drink ($15). Nothing negative - that’s pretty common
