We messaged the whatsapp to order food, and they took forever to answer. When they did we told them exactly what we wanted to order (Oxtail) and was told that they had, we messaged then back and stated that we wanted it and after another eternity, they answered that it was unavailable. so we decided to change our order and AGAIN they took another 20 mins to respond after leaving us a seen for more then 10 minutes. After they finally responded by calling us and explaining again that they did not have what we wanted to order, we finally we made an agreement on the call and requested to pay online, which was sent and we were told very passive aggressively to save the payment method. After all this the food still took another 45 mins to arrive and the food was so messy like it was thrown around. All in all I do not recommend this place as they are not professional nor reliable defiantly a 1 star!

The food is nice but the take out time waiting too long but if you have time to wait out in the hot sun or rain make sure you have time the delivery it better than going there.

Definitely not returning. Customer service is poor. I waited over 30 minutes to be told they don't have what I ordered and was waiting in the sun this whole time. They did the same for a couple other clients and they don't have food ready when its supposed to be.

Have to give them 2 stars, the females especially seem to have an attitude problem almost every time I make a purchase there, their male counterparts on the other hand in the garage area are much more service oriented even though my interaction with them is brief

The food and prices on the menu at the rice and beans center in Belize city is the best around. I highly recommend this restaurant to fulfill your lunchtime needs. 💯

Waited a while for a nachos...the nachoes was good I just didn't like that they put the cheese dips on the tortilla chips then cover it up with more chips. I had ask them to separate the nachoes as I had a long way to go before I could eat it. Every thing was good up to when I found the saggy tortilla chips with cheese dips at the bottom of the container that had the chips. I'm not sure what happened but I would guess it was a mis hap. The beef nachoes was good tho. I'll try again and see if my stars and review changes😏😁
