"Paradise with On-Site Spa The Phoenix, a little slice of paradise on the edge of San Pedro, features more modern architecture than most buildings in town, as well as modern amenities. Rooms are one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom condominium suites that feature luxurious eat-in kitchens, bathrooms with walk-in showers and Jacuzzi tubs, large living rooms and laundry facilities. Each suite also has a balcony or patio, and almost all suites are just steps away from one of the pools which are the focal point of the resort. The larger main pool cascades into a shallower lower pool and is saline chlorinated, as is the 55-foot-long lap pool. A pool bar is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Red Ginger restaurant is open daily for breakfast lunch and dinner as well as brunch on Sunday afternoons and serves a tapas menu on Sunday and Wednesday evenings. There are also business services, an on-site spa, and fitness and yoga centers. Rates begin at $325 per night during low season for a one-bedroom beach view suite."

I travel a lot and this has been by far my favorite resort for not being all inclusive. The staff go above and beyond the call of hospitality, filling your entire experience with small, personal touches. Their complimentary amenities offered are thoughtful and useful. We forgot aloe and they had some on hand for use! The Kids Club is amazing for the kids and their parents. Ms. Cindy practically became family and my five year old continually asked to go back to club. There were daily activities you could participate in like Chocolate Tasting, Painting Class, and Wine Tasting. The 5-6 free happy hour was fun. And, the pools were just right for us. Our rooms were well designed and so perfect for us that we extended our stay one additional night. Front desk remembered my young children's names and did a fantastic job of being patient with them during check in (it was a long day getting there). Jorge and Tatiana were outstanding and very helpful in planning day trips and for local resources. The restaurant food is wonderful and has a nice array of menu options. We did room service daily. The Phoenix is fabulous. We have been staying there for years. The staff is what makes the resort so special. They go above and beyond and take care of your every need. The grounds and pools are pristine. The rooms are large and beautiful. They all have balconies and beautiful views. The free happy hour is fun and we always meet new people. The on site restaurant, Red Ginger, is excellent. The kids program is great. Our grandson loved it. I can’t say enough great things about The Phoenix. We are booked to go back in March 2025.

This was my third trip to San Pedro and The Phoenix Resort. It feels like home. The staff is amazing. They are very caring and committed to making sure everyone has a good time. They are always available and will always find you a solution. The excellent service starts before you reach the island. The staff will reach out to help with your flights and arrival. |The apartments are clean, safe and have everything you may need. The resort offers a lot of activities. The spa offers some of the best massage.

Beautiful stay at The Phoenix Resort & Spa. By far the entire staff knows the meaning of world class service. Five star accommodations, everyone was attentive and responsive to our needs. They made our anniversary memorable. Red Ginger restaurant hand delicious meals. I recommend a visit to The Sol Spa. I liked that they checked in the following day to see how I was doing. We recommend this establishment. They will make you feel special.

Favorite hotel I've ever stayed at (and we travel a lot). Rooms: large, beautiful, great view, immaculate, huge comfy beds, nice/complete kitchen. Just luxurious. Location: close to everything we wanted to do. Right on the water. Staff: amazing. Across the board friendly, helpful, going out of their way to make the trip special. VERY happy with our stay.

An Absolutely fabulous experience. There may be newer, bigger, or big name brand places to stay in San Pedro, but certainly none any better. This is more like a boutique experience and I don't have 1 bad comment. These are some of the hardest working people in Belize. From the front desk to the least of the unnamed workers. And the Ginger Restaurant-- Omg! Really no reason to leave here for food except for the fact you are on vacation and are supposed to be venturing out😃. The Ginger can definitely keep you fed. Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Great staff and great food. If we are able to return to San Pedro Belize in this lifetime, the Phoenix Belize will be our spot. They are EXCELLENT!!!!! God Bless You!!!

The Phoenix Belize is a phenomenal resort! From the moment we made our reservations to check-out, their staff took awesome care of are party. And the ladies of Sol Spa made those of us who recieved treatments baby soft again. Rooom service was perfect as well. |Experiencing turndown service was new for me and housekeeping took exceptional care of us all. Trip #4 in the books. Can't wait for #5.
