Nice little bar, we went to enjoy the Sunday happy hour with cocktails from $10 to $15. I really enjoyed my Nixon spritz but the other cocktails could have been more flavourful, especially the Nixon punch we could not taste the peach at all. Be careful close at 9pm on Sunday

Gorgeous light but filling food. Awesome bar staff, friendly, attentive without being overbearing. Bar was quite warm under the lights, don't worry if you forget a jacket.

This place is what James St needed. A relaxed vibe, with exceptional cocktails and amazing food (of course it is Essa is just next door!) The decor is awesome with soft touches everywhere and mood lighting that gives it that modern speak easy feel. Good spot to kick back after a long week. Highly recommended!

June was the best bar tender / waiter. He served amazing drinks and gave the best advice whilst doing it. Most delicious cocktails I have had ever!

Such a great vibe on Friday night. Great drinks and delicious food. Didn’t get his name but the service from the guy waiting the tables during happy hour was on point. Looking forward to coming again!

So lovely to find a niche bar that genuinely cares about their customers, it’s rare these days. As ex hospo, it’s easy to see they genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond! And the food, amazing (as always). Keep doing it, and I’m sure I’ll see you again next time we’re in town! Thanks Tim and Alex!

Best spot on James street for a cocktail and snacks. Intimate space with great music, super talented and friendly team and snacks done by Essa next door really make it the best bar on the strip. Martinis & bougie hotdogs, what’s not to love ❤️
