The Montenotte Hotel, an SLH Hotel

We stayed in the new woodland pods: oh my, outstanding luxury, beautifully designed, sheets, throws beautiful. Warm, cosy, peaceful balcony, romantic, staff welcome incredible. Sheer luxury. Breakfast in the social pod incredible too. Intimate. Food in restaurant so good, chef said hello! Glass house atmosphere fabulous. 15/10 score!🫶

My partner and I choose The Montenotte Hotel to celebrate Valentine’s Day and our 6 year anniversary, my god we couldn’t have picked a better place. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted at the taxi by the fantastic Ken. He couldn’t do enough for us! Bags brought straight up to the room, a full description of the hotel and many fabulous suggestions as what to do on our first trip to cork. The receptionist team were so lovely and warm, they made us feel so comfortable. We were walked up to the room by Martin who was really welcoming and informative of the hotel and its facilities. Any staff member we encountered couldn’t do enough for us! ||The food in the Panorama restaurants was second to none! We had lunch not long after we arrived and my partner was blown away by the chowder, he said he could’ve eaten a bucket of it! We then dined in the restaurant on our second evening and both had the beef cheeks, they were extremely juicy and tender. We also had an array of cocktails each as delicious as the next! ||The rooms were absolutely beautiful. We were very kindly upgraded to a king room, we had a lovely view of Cork with so much light able to come in. We would’ve stayed in the bed all day with how comfortable they were! Our room also included a gorgeous Smeg coffee machine which we took full advantage of! ||This will definitely be a hotel we will remember and will come back to very often, especially to celebrate our anniversary! Amazing from start to finish. being greeted before we even got to the front door with our bags being brought to the room before we even checked in. Staff so so professional and kind and helpful, they couldn't do enough. While at dinner all staff where so professional again kind and caring. They make you feel like you matter. Food was 5 star, Staff 5 star, the whole experience with 5 star. Can't wait to return in the summer. Well don the montenotte team.

My husband and I stayed for the second time in The Woodlands suite and nothing disappointed us. The attention to detail is just amazing. We have frequently stayed in the hotel and I love how the Woodlands experience combines the best of both. This is certainly our happy place and seeing the familiar faces of the crew is heartwarming. They make every guest feel so special. We look forward to returning again. Many thanks to everyone especially Danielle for amazing hospitality, Martin for your driving skills and entertaining check in and Sean for the BEST cocktails in the Glasshouse 😁

Excellent in every way. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The pool, Jacuzzi, sauna are very clean and relaxing. What stood out the most was the lovely people working there and how they made guests feel so welcome. Thanks also to Martin for organizing our taxi. This customer service is quite hard to find in hotels these days and it was so great to see. We will definitely visit again and would highly recommend.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Absolutely FABULOUS hotel and I feel like the staff here are just golden! They were sooooo accommodating to all our needs, so calm, not rushed just so polite and everything we asked for was granted. Pablo who was our server at dinner was just a gentleman, so discreet pouring our wine and super pleasant, whenever we asked for room service it was there before we blinked and delivered with such professionalism, food was fabulous, lobby was so calm and relaxing, pool was mellow and chilled, glasshouse was just so lovely and cocktails were amazing and the cinema was the icing on the cake but I can not glorify the staff enough. They are a credit to the place! Well done Montenotte crew ... I highly recommend

Once again an amazing stay here. The wonderful spa for treatments with salt room and relaxation room. The old style cinema showing the classics every night with popcorn and drinks delivered to our seat. The amazing restaurant with stunning views of the city and the glasshouse on site with a great jazz band on the weekends. A special thanks to Emré (and the wonderful cocktails), Albert, John and Ken for looking after us so well and making our stay most enjoyable. We can’t wait to be back

The River Suite was amazing. Definitely a 5 star experience. We were greeted by Martin, who whisked us away to the Clubhouse upon arrival and checked us in there. He was so nice and helpful and a pleasure to chat to. He then showed us to our suite and demonstrated how various things worked. After visiting Motion leisure, we returned to our suite and prepared for our Sundowner cocktails and canapes. Phillip looked after us in the Clubhouse and was such a lovely person to chat to about the options that evening and about the hotel and life in general. We had dinner in the lovely Panorama restaurant, which was delicious, particularly as I followed Phillips recommendations. We had a couple of drinks in the Glasshouse, which were very enjoyable, and we were treated so well there, but unfortunately didn't get the names of those who served us. The following morning we had breakfast in the Clubhouse where Martha took care of us and ensured we were well fed. Overall we would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a treat.
