So beautiful place! Don’t buy elevator ticket if you don’t have any healthy issue since like this you will miss all beauty around. Way to the top it’s not the easiest but I really loved it. Take drinking water with you or be ready to pay many times more since they bring all food and drinks without elevator there! There are several temples and caves there. If you want to see the best views, you need to walk to the higher points. I like the atmosphere there! Really relaxing. If you want to be in comfortable time, come early morning to avoid crowd. There are free WC on the territory, just be ready to leave your shoes outside and wear slippers. Ticket’ cost 40000. Choose gate 2 way to walk since it’s more scenery.

Good morning day trip, interesting place. Lots to see, walking is quite a bit and many stairs. Also take the lift up, as even more stairs/steps inside. Worth the entry ticket prices and the effort. Inside one of the large caves is very steep steep staircase , worth the effort to climb, come down backwards (I had to at some points). Over all great 4 or 5 hours exploring.

It’s a big and beautiful complex, we didn’t expect that we would spend more than just a couple hours here. A lot of climbs and hikes and some of the caves are slippery so make sure that you are wearing the proper footwear for it. Eventhough we were using the elevator services, we still have to walk a lot to see everything around the complex. Definitely bring some water when you go around. And be mindful if you are thinking to bring elders and small children as it can be quite challenging. However, other than that, it’s still a beautiful spot to see and go around, especially the caves

It's nice. But I've seen more impressive caves, temples and pagodas elsewhere. The viewpoints are nice but, having travelled SE Asia for 2 months, I have been to a many more vibrant ones. The stairs are uneven and a bit challenging if you have depth perception or balance issues. Even if you take the lift up at the start, there are lots of little hill climbs and stairs up there.

It was a great experience for me because I could climb up the stairs, but I would not recommend for elderly people or people with knee issues as there are lots of steps to climb up and down. For us, we took the elevator up because we heard that the climbing was too tough for elderly people. However upon reaching the top, there’s not much you can do because you still need to climb up many stairs in order to explore the mountain. I decided to explore the mountain on my own, and I was glad that my parents did not come along with me as it would be very tough for them. This is something that I would only do once. It’s kind of dangerous for young children. You will need to have good shoes with grip as I could imagine that it would be quite slippery when it rains.

Was beautiful to walk around the temples, caves and viewpoints. Taking a guided tour is not necessary at all. I took the public bus (line 2) from Hoi An and I arrived within 30 minutes. Then just continue on to the ticket counter and there are signs and a map explaining where to go, so it is very easy to navigate. It feels more like a park than an actual mountain that you’d hike, because it is quite touristy. Entry costs 40k.

Great day at Marble Mountain. It's just a short drive away, from pretty much any area of Da Nang. The entry cost are very reasonable. There is an elevator if ylu choose not to take the stairs. The stairs were fum(lol), although I wouldn't attempt them on a rainy day. The caves were beautiful, some more than others. One of them there were bats, whic was pretty cool. There are washrooms and areas to buy food and drinks. I recommend taking a day trip if you have the chance.

Marble Mountain is an unforgettable experience if you're visiting the Da Nang area. The complex of caves, pagodas, and Buddhist statues nestled within the limestone hills is both awe-inspiring and serene. Each cave holds a surprise: majestic Buddha images carved into stone, altars glowing with incense, and beams of sunlight piercing through cracks in the rock — a truly magical atmosphere that invites quiet reflection and admiration. The surrounding scenery is equally stunning, with panoramic views of the city and coastline from the top. Nature and spirituality blend perfectly here. Pro tip: Be sure to wear light clothing and bring plenty of water. The heat can be intense, and there are quite a few stairs to climb — but the effort is absolutely worth it! Highly recommended for anyone interested in Vietnamese culture, Buddhism, or simply breathtaking landscapes.
