Katie's online self care sessions have been a real opportunity to take some time out to focus on yourself during a very stressful time.
It's been a real blessing to have these sessions running during lockdown - thank you Katie!
The sessions are tailored each week to the needs of the group and have taught me some techniques to do myself to help ease aching muscles, clear headspace and gain focus which I will be able to use in the future, although I am very much looking forward to being able to have an in person treatment with Katie when restrictions are lifted.
