I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Harvey Nichols due to the actions of one particular employee, Marcelo ( hair Salon) . As a long-time customer, I expected a higher level of professionalism. We had agreed on a service price that matched my budget, yet Marcelo repeatedly rescheduled our appointment, postponing it over five times—each time notifying me at the very last minute. This lack of punctuality and disregard for my time was frustrating and unprofessional. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, Marcelo’s response was dismissive and unprofessional. He even suggested I find services elsewhere, saying, “Go to people who provide service at lower prices, we are not in Marrakech.” This response was unexpected and disappointing. I hope the salon management addresses this issue to ensure a more respectful and reliable experience for all clients in the future.

Best Signature Light 830NM facials ever. Amazingly relaxing especially with the heat on the face from the LED and the face massage is heavenly. Would have this everyday if possible! I recommend adding on the Hydrogel mask to the Signature Light facial.

Visited The Light Salon in Harvey Nichols for the first time this month. Sofia was very through with the initial consultation to make sure the treatment was right for my skin concerns. She was slo very good explaining what each step entailed but also what it will do for my skin. I really enjoyed my experience especially the facial massage and I'm looking forward to seeing the results as I continue with my sessions at the Light Salon.

Always great experience when I visit The Light Salon. Alfie was so attentive, super friendly, very welcoming and really took care with my skin. He listened to my concerns and tailored the facial to best suit my skin. After the facial he then went through aftercare thoroughly. Highly recommend and I will visit again very soon

Edita was FAB, but the salon really needs reception staff, as it’s quite disruptive for just one person to be attending to the desk and doing treatments.
