The Kingsley Hotel

I really loved this hotel. There was a vibe amongst the staff that told me they were treated well and that made a huge difference to the experience. The outdoor heated pool was the best I've experienced, you can go as many times as you like and it made the whole stay so great. The breakfast was incredible, so much choice, and again, all of the staff were top notch, responsive, kind and personable. There was only a few minor aesthetic upgrades I would recommend (carpets feel dated and lots of paint chipped off bathroom doors etc - all minor issues that would be easily fixed and not expensive, and would take this place to the next level). Will definitely return and looking forward to it

Amazing property located minutes from the city center. The view of the River Lee from our spacious suite was lovely. The indoor pool,steam,and sauna were immaculate and thoroughly enjoyable. The massive outdoor heated,bubbling jacuzzi was delightful. Be sure to include breakfast,between the buffet items and menu offerings it's a steal when included in your room rate. Staff throughout the property were professional and extremely helpful. They even have a "good night" cart which arrives at your room with tea,chocolate,water,and hot towels.

This is not the first time we have stayed at the Kingsley and we will will be back again. The hotel is very comfortable and well located by the river Lee a short distance from Cork City centre. Staff are all very pleasant to deal with. The rooms are spaceous and modern with all the accessories one would expect to find in a good hotel. Overall a very pleasant stay.

One of the best hotel stays I have ever had, I cannot fault the Kingsley. Room was lovely and quiet, bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast is phenomenal, so many choices. Staff are lovely and welcoming. We had dinner in Springboard, there were four vegetarian options on the menu, this was fantastic, as a vegetarian I often find our options to be an after thought whereas you can tell the Kingsley have put time and effort into catering for everyone. The meal I went for, the Cauliflower Steak was genuinely one of the best vegetarian main courses I have ever had. I would highly recommend the Kinsley.

This trip was for work, but the location and accommodations of The Kingsley made if feel like vacation.||This is a beautiful hotel conveniently located near the city center. The parking is easy access and free. ||The room was so comfortable with everything you need. The pools and jacuzzi were an added bonus. I was not able to use the massage therapist as it was under renovation. ||||This hotel was exceptional, and the price was very reasonable.||||I will definitely stay here again when I am in town.

This hotel truly exemplifies excellence in every aspect. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the gentleman at the reception, whose hospitality set a welcoming tone for my entire stay. Every interaction thereafter continued to exceed my expectations, right down to the thoughtful gesture from the lady who kindly offered me a takeaway coffee as I was about to leave. These small but meaningful touches contributed to a seamless and thoroughly enjoyable experience, making me feel not just like a guest, but as though I was at a home away from home. Every detail here speaks to a commitment to first-class service.

Wonderful hotel outside the center of the city. Sits along the river. Breakfast is served with a river view each morning. Lots of gluten free options for breakfast (including muffins, breads and a GF toaster! at a separate station). We also ate at Fishers Bar one night after a long day of travel. Best GF fish and chips I’ve ever had! They had a wonderful mint and pea smash alongside it. Great drinks and reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Very quiet area with in site parking. Would gladly stay here again!

Staff are friendly, helpful and professional at all times.|Rooms are very clean and very well maintained - deluxe rooms include Nespresso coffee maker.|Good selection of dining options throughout the day. |We have stayed here twice a year for the past 7 years and have always enjoyed our visit.
