The Hoxton, Shepherd's Bush

Really good location, cozy and welcoming ambience and a a very nice view from the hotel room overlooking Shepherd’s Bush Green. Our favourite dog-friendly hotel in London. Really great service, very attentive and welcoming staff. Always offering service to our dogs too like giving them water etc. Dog bowls and a dog bed were also available and ready to use in the hotel room when we checked-in. The dogs really loved looking out the big windows into the park. Big thanks to Deni, Farah and Alehandra who served us at the hotel restaurant. And Kevin and Rianna for the great hotel service.

I love the Hoxton chain & this hotel is great. The rooms are beautiful, clean and have everything you need. It’s in a convenient location, with 3 tube stations within 10 mins walk and easy parking at Westfield. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and is perfect for a quick bite to eat (the pancakes are delicious!) and a few drinks. The staff are super friendly and always go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. Thanks everyone for a lovely stay!

I had a fantastic one-night stay. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious—juicy and full of flavor. What truly stood out was the outstanding service, especially from Richard. He was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making sure everything was perfect. Not only did he craft amazing drinks, but he also went out of his way to help me by lending his mobile charger when I needed it. His kindness and hospitality made my stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!

Lovely atmosphere in the hotel lobby and bar. Beds were super comfy and fluffy pillows. We had a spacious room for an extra child bed which was accommodated without any fuss. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and attended to our every need.

What a wonderful experience! Not only awesome location with easy access to both central London and Kings Cross, but outstanding service, whether at the bar, reception or restaurant, with lovely interesting people working there, all of whom seemed to have the ease and confidence of managers, which I’ve never come across before. Room lovely/comfy and food delicious - particularly the burger - one of the tastiest burgers I’ve ever eaten - but exclude the chillies unless you like really hot food as they’re very fiery fresh red chillies (which I happen to love). The hotel bar/lounge area is clearly popular with local people as a remote working hub, which works really well as it always feels busy/buzzing, but in a quiet way. Huge bonus that the hotel is almost on the doorstep of the amazing Westfield Shopping Centre. We enjoyed it so much that we’ve decided to make this our hotel of choice whenever we visit London. Thanks for making our one-night stay so special and memorable!

Beautiful hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Stayed for a weekend with a friend and the room although small was well equipped and comfortable. Staff were very smiley and helpful, not sure of his name but the blond gentleman on reception was lovely. Only downside was the bar prices, however it is London so expected it to be a bit more.

What a charming bar! Big shout out to the friendly barista Alex—fantastic service. The prices are extremely reasonable and the coffees were spot-on, just the way we like them — at the perfect temperature. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend visiting; the interior is tastefully decorated.

Once again a lovely stay to celebrate my birthday. One of our favourite hotels in London. The staff and service are outstanding and show a real passion for their job which shines through. I do however have a query re your brealfast (which was fab!) and billing. It'd be great to be able to speak with someone regarding this. Can't wait to return.
