We were given very warm greetings, We were offered refreshments. The therapists were very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. We were given very good advices how to tweek our daily routine. The massage was absolutely amazing and the facial as well. Philippa and her colleagues were very good ambassadors for the company. I highly recommend it and we will definitely go back

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a facial with Holly at the House of Elemis in Lancashire, and I can confidently say it was one of the best and most relaxing treatments I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, Holly made me feel completely at ease with her warm and welcoming demeanor. Not only was the facial itself incredibly soothing, but Holly’s expertise shone through as she took the time to thoroughly assess my skin and offer thoughtful, personalized advice. She was sweet, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping me improve my skin.

I recently had a facial at Elemis in Mayfair, and it was an incredible experience. The staff were so friendly, and Holly, who did my facial, was fantastic—knowledgeable and professional. At the start, we discussed my skin, its current condition, and how I could improve it. The facial itself was amazing and so relaxing, with a range of products that felt wonderful on my skin. A lovely day spa in the heart of Mayfair. The hot stone massage was most relaxing, while the facility was clean, and modern. The facility lacked a comfortable waiting area, and instead directed us to sit on bar type stools in the middle of the retail area. After the massage, I asked to take a shower but was told that none were available. My sense is that this facility is more set up for facial treatments than body treatments. Overall though, a very comfortable experience!

I went into the shop looking for products that would help my skin, in the past I have tired counteless amount of products that I wasn't impressed with. When I went in Charlotte was the girl to help me and she was amazing! So full of knowledge on all the products and what would suit my skin! She was amazing and talked me through every step

Got treated to a body massage and facial from my sons. Amy was amazing and so professional. Left feeling relax and refreshed. Thank you and see you again soon.

The place was overall warm & adorable, the staff were very friendly & helpful. I’ve tried their hot stone message, the therapist walked me though every step of the session and I highly appreciate it as a person who loves details. If you’re looking for relaxing message with a great quality of oil on both smell & moisturising this would be perfect for you. However if you’re like me looking for something to relief your muscles sores this is definitely not for you. The experience overall was more relaxing than therapeutic.

My first impressions of the place were very positive. Beautiful ambience, very friendly and helpful staff. Customer service was excellent. Prices of the treatments are reasonable. I certainly will be going back there. Credit cards accepted including Amex.
