Hidden Cocktail bar in downtown Hanoi. Located on a busy side street, through an unobtrusive passageway, up a small, narrow staircase. This gem of a bar is set on three floors and decorated in colonial style with a great atmosphere.Ranked 296th in the Top 500 Best Bars globally. Wide variety of cocktails with some highly unusual variations. Highly recommend the whisky based Robbie Burns. Not the cheapest bar in town, but definitely well worth the experience

This bar is as good as it gets in terms of bars and atmosphere and drinks. Staff is extremely professional and nice, we really enjoyed their suggestions. Location is very central, the top floor is a bit nicer than the 1st, we sat right below the skeleton. The drinks are AMAZING, meticulously crafter to perfection. I had Rabbit Habit and loved everything about it- first cocktail with carrot 🥕 I've ever had. Can't go wrong with this place, date night, meet a good friend - vibes, decoration, service, drinks.

I came here three nights in a row, at this point you guy should realize how much I love this place. The staffs here are so kind and gentle, they notice small things and make sure that I have a pleasant night. They have various type of cocktails, of course you can customize as you want, the bartenders are more than willing to do it 🩷. Overall, it was so worthy of my time to come here and have such extraordinary experience.

It’s not just a place for drinks—it’s an adventure, a story, and a memory waiting to be made. If you find yourself in Hanoi, make this bar a top priority; it’s an experience you won’t soon forget.

The Haflington: Beautiful decor but disappointing experience. The Haflington in Hanoi is a beautifully decorated place, but the experience may not be for everyone. The entrance is narrow and located deep inside an alley, which can make it a bit difficult to find. While the interior is aesthetically pleasing, the pub has strict rules on photography—guests are only allowed to take pictures at their tables and cannot move around freely to capture different angles/corners. Given the pub's small space and limited photo spots, this restriction can be frustrating for visitors who enjoy capturing moments. Additionally, the drink prices are relatively high compared to the overall service quality, which may not justify the cost. The experience left me somewhat disappointed, and unfortunately not think of revisiting. While it may be a nice spot for a quiet drink, those looking for a more flexible and welcoming atmosphere might want to explore other options in Hanoi.

Stunning decor and ambience - the design and theme of the bar is incredible and definitely worth a visit during the day and night. Cocktails are vibrant and varied - featuring signature classics and seasonal specials. We especially loved the story of the bar and inspirations behind the menu offering. The staff (read "butlers") are incredibly friendly and informative - providing recommendations based on your preferred flavour profiles and prompts. Speed of service is good given the number of bartenders, guests, and variation of cocktails served. Ensure that you have reservations for the best experience and to avoid lengthy wait times. As the bar does not have a set seating time limit, do yourself a favor and contact the bar to secure seating to avoid disappointment.

🍹 🍸 🕺 Great vibes, delicious cocktails, and incredible service in this impressive hidden bar. The music was on point as well. I was there recently for an event with guest bartenders from another cocktail bar, lots of delicious drinks. A must go if you are visiting Hanoi and like cocktails.
