I recently visited Four Quarters in Peckham on 25/08, having chosen it specifically due to its advertised dog-friendly policy. However, upon arrival, we were abruptly told by the bouncer that dogs were not allowed. Despite showing the online listing that said otherwise, the manager confirmed this policy, leaving us confused and frustrated. We had made special arrangements and traveled a considerable distance based on the information on their website, only to be turned away. This caused significant inconvenience and forced us to change our plans last minute. The alternative venue we found didn’t meet our expectations. I contacted the venue directly afterward to express my concerns, but they never even bothered to reply. This lack of response speaks volumes about their customer service and how much they value feedback. The handling of the situation was particularly poor. The staff’s dismissive attitude and lack of clear information ruined what was supposed to be a pleasant outing. If you’re visiting for a dog-friendly experience, I suggest verifying directly before visiting, as the online information seems unreliable. Very disappointing!

Really great spot in Peckham - non pretentious, friendly staff, very affordable drinks and a great selection of games. A great spot to hang with friends and a good option if you don't feel like drinking.

I came here for my birthday gathering this Saturday, What a seriously great experience - if you want to go to an actual retro arcade the way you’d imagine it to be it’s perfect. it absolutely transports you back in time, everything from the games down to the music. Drinks were reasonably priced. The atmosphere is buzzing, and the service is amazing from the hard working and passionate people who work there :) April in particular was super and helped to make my birthday a night to remember! One thing there is to note - this location do not actually serve food (the site says it does but it may be a mistake on there, or referring to a different branch) however, they actually do allow you to bring in any of your own food if you like. so you can either order in or bring takeaway food in and eat what you like whilst you have your drinks, which is kind of a really fun experience! Just something to note. Overall it was an awesome night and next time in the Peckham area I absolutely will be coming back and I recommend anyone do the same!!

Friendly place with lots of fun drink options and deals. There are loads of games to try. We went on the tenth anniversary party and had a blast.

Cool place and throws great events, but the male manager who works there is not approachable and talks down to customers and is very abrupt almost standoffish. For example a friend of mine noticed he dropped a coin and he picked it up and handed it to him and he tossed it saying it’s worthless, which made them feel disrespected and it was shocking behaviour from a manager. Like how are you even a manger and you’re acting like that to customers. Come here but be weary of the manager, this incident happened around the start of the year so who knows maybe they sacked him cause other people complained about his terrible customer service skills.

Wow how have I not been here before. Really cool venue. Good amount of space. There are some booths you can book or just turn up and use them if no one's booked. There's also a load of arcade machines. The beer is great and also they serve fresh pizza that smelt delicious (I didn't eat here but I will next time!). Really cool chill place to hang out. Great vibe.

Great atmosphere, and selection of games. Amazing veggie/vegan food options. Big selection of beer. It was a bit cold inside but warmed up once more people were inside. Look out for event days as they often have musicians playing.

A lovely quiet spots, dj nights on Wednesdays and the bar staff are always friendly! Specifically Rou, they’re super professional and friendly, and gave the best service I’ve had throughout my weekly visits! I always look forward to coming back, the donatello is delicious by the way.
