I had an amazing experience at The Folks! Their French toast was absolutely divine—moist, perfectly cooked, and it melted in my mouth. The fresh fruit on the side added the perfect touch of natural sweetness. To top it off, the flat white was strong, bold, and incredibly satisfying. It’s the ideal place to fuel up before a day of sightseeing. Highly recommend stopping by for a fantastic start to your day!

Came here as it was recommended by a friend that it is a must try when visiting Lisbon, and everything was great! The coffee was good, especially the espresso brewed with their own Ethiopian beans. The food was delicious as well. Service was attentive and everything was explained in detail. Even bought 2 packs of beans to bring home. Will definitely come again when visiting Lisbon next time!

This is a laptop free cafe that is perfect for connecting with people. There's a good variety of food from eggs, sandwiches, porridges, and more. There is also an impressive drinks menu with coffees and teas. I had the Lavender Rose latte with oat milk and my partner had the Tiramisu latte With regular milk. They were as delicious as they were beautiful. For brunch I had the Turkey Benedict gluten free option that substitutes potato hash browns for bread. My partner had the Turkey Focaccia. Be aware, the portions are immense. Neither of us could finish our meal and took leftovers to go. The ingredients were fresh and the service was fast despite being full. My only complaint is that as a tall person, the tables that line the wall with bench seating are a little too short so I felt like I had to hunch to eat.

This tiny coffee place is lovely. Service is friendly and fast. The coffee is good but I personally prefer “The coffee” over theirs. However, the French toast we got was so amazing and mind blowing. It’s so light and balanced and not too sweet. The cream they use has the perfect texture, light and yet creamy enough. Can’t use words to describe but it’s one of the best French toasts I have ever tried! It’s also very cheap compared to London!!! Such a gem.

The Folks is a charming coffee shop in Lisbon, known for its good brunch options and cozy atmosphere. This visit, we focused on the coffee—a decaf americano and a double espresso. The espresso was strong and flavorful, while the decaf was slightly bitter. I’m curious to return and try their batch brew next time. The staff was friendly, adding to the inviting vibe.

We came here almost everyday when we were in Lisbon, whether it’s to eat brunch or just take out a cup of coffee. They really have good breakfast and coffee options. We like their salmon egg Benedict and Mushroom egg Benedict the best. They also have a lot of coffee options, whether you’re craving for specialty coffee, or just a plain latte. If you’re a non coffee drinker, they also have hot chocolate latte or matcha latte. Service is also topnotch despite having a lot of customers everyday. 👏

This is a really lovely place to have breakfast in the heart of Lisbon.
I ordered the tiramisu latte coffee and the truffle eggs, the service is fast, the staff are nice and friendly. And the food was perfect. Super delicious.
This is a popular place so you might have to wait a bit to get seated but I can see why.
Very good place to get coffee and breakfast. Totally recommended.

Had the butter and maple syrup pancakes. They were fantastic. The latte was excellent. Wife had the truffle and mushroom eggs benedict which were also great. Def a must go brunch spot in the Baixia district.
