The Dog Bowl

This place is AMAZING!!! Not only does The Dog Bowl have excellent brands dog food (esp. raw and freeze dried raw), beautiful dog clothes, toys, treats etc., AND their customer service is second to none. I have a sweet rescue who has a lot of allergies and gastritis and these guys have been super helpful in ordering what he needs (and getting it in quickly, and letting me know, and delivering quicker than I always expect)! The owner is great, very hands on and involved, which is wonderful. Any staff I've dealt with have also been great! I am so very grateful for the delivery service and superb customer service! Highly recommend!!

The Dog Bowl is such a wonderful spot for your sweet pup! They offer a variety of items, and it is evident that they care a lot about making each dog’s experience a good one! Meredith and Jason were extremely helpful as my partner and I brought our new dog into our family, and we are so grateful to have them as a staple for goods we need (and want), and a safe space for our shy girl. 💗🐾

I would be giving them 1000 stars if I could!!! I came across The Dog Bowl through Google as I was in the process of picking up a brand new puppy and was looking at getting a colour, harness and leash. I reached out to The Dog Bowl via social media and explained what I was thinking of ordering and they were sooo incredibly helpful and they explained that what I was originally looking for would be too large for my tiny puppy and they offered me some other options that would be better fit/size for our new puppy. I placed an order on Monday for some supplies and I had put a note on file asking for my order to be delivered by a specific time due to needing the supplies for our puppy training classes and they were able to accommodate me and went above and beyond my expectations! I even got a text from Chris advising the package was delivered and where it was delivered (we’re in a condo). I can’t wait to bring my little girl into the store to meet the lovely staff at The Dog Bowl!!! Keep up the incredible customer service!!

This is my favourite spot to buy supplies and treats for my dog Morty. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always greet my pup with so much love. My dog, Morty loves it so much, it's always a must-stop on our walks to the park!

Such a gem of a store! I truly can't say enough positive things about this store and everyone who works there ! The owners are so incredibly kind and knowledgable. Every time I have had issues with my dogs diet and needed food suggestions they have always been so helpful and supportive. I love their assortment of toys, treats and gear- many of which are hard to locate elsewhere in the city! Also, if you use their local delivery service it often comes same or next day. always so reliable and convenient!

My friends and I often walk past this store which specializes in food and paraphernalia for pets. I always go gaga for the cute stuffy's and toys that they have available for dogs in their window displays. There is a huge selection of food, snacks, grooming products and leashes. They also have a great selection of raw menu items for dogs. The staff are very helpful. Not being a pet owner myself, I learned a lot about grooming products from the staff there. Would definitely recommend dog lovers or friends of dog lovers to stop by the store for treats or gifts for the dog in your life.

I don't live in the area, but I've been there on and off for a year with my 18 month old Frenchie. They have always been helpful fitting for a harness, talking about food, and even treats for training. Always friendly. Prices are reasonable when i did shop for kibbles and harness.

Can't say anything bad - the 2 times we've gone in, we've gotten sound advice. Even advice that prevents us from spending unnecessary money!! Honestly helped my 6-yo poodle eat his food too (picky eater). Tonight we placed an order for delivery and got the order less than 2 hours after we called in!! We were really pleasantly surprised with this! Amazing.

We were driving in this neighbourhood and discovered this cute dog store. We love stopping in dog stores to see what neat, unique and interesting things we can get our little dog. They had some really nice jackets and we wind up getting one. The owner was super nice. We would definitely come back and browse for new items!

I got the cutest snowsuit here for my dog and she enjoys our walks a lot more now that she's warm !! The staff is super helpful if you have questions about anything. They have a wide selection of food, treats, toys and accessories! If something's not in stock they can order it for you! If you're looking for a good bone I recommend the Tartar buster for squeaky clean teeth!

So I just arrived in Toronto with my Dog from California and I don't know a soul. I found The Dog Bowl on Yelp and contacted Jason, the owner. Not only does he carry Chewie's brands of dog food, he delivers them to the hotel. Score! You rock Jason!

This is the best dog store! Super friendly and knowledgeable. I asked for a specific toy that my dog loves, she has a more difficult time destroying it and they brought it in for me! Great selection of food etc. as well. Been going here for years, my dog gets super excited to go there!

How have I not reviewed the Dog Bowl, yet? This place is the best! They carry all quality brands and are extremely helpful with any issues your pet is having. Our dog was experiencing cracked paws and they carried moisturizer and Musher's Secret, both totally curing our dog so we did not have to buy dog booties (which I am against for a 65 lb golden retriever who won't keep them on anyway). They have great quality toys, food and treats. In fact, they carry Hearts and Bones organic biscuits that all dogs have to love. They have both Christmas and Valentine's Day flavours seasonally. I believe they do food delivery as well. The owners offer great advice about food, too. Go check out the Dog Bowl on your way to Trinity Bellwoods!!

Have been going to Dog Bowl for years, always friendly and helpful.

This is a wonderful shop with excellent, knowledgeable service from the kind and intelligent owner. They stock a wide range of quantity items in a range of price points. They stock my favourite bones for my dog at the best price I have found.

Overall great store and very helpful, friendly staff. They carry a wide selection of dog food and treats, as well as leashes, collars, brushes, cleaning supplies, dog bowls, etc. The best part is how helpful the staff is. I went in today looking for a tool to brush out my long-haired pup who has a very thick coat and the guy working there recommended an undercoat rake that was exactly what I was looking for (though I didn't know it yet) and he even demonstrated on my pup in the store. Can't say enough good things about this place.

This is my favorite dog supply store in Toronto. The owner of the store is a very knowledgeable dog owner. Very patient with me when I came in with a million questions. He helped me choose products and even gave me advice about some home made treats. He truly cares about your pets wellbeing and I believe that everything in the store is consciously chosen. You will notice that he has no rawhide for example and I am very confident when I buy things from here that it will not hurt my dog!
