The Crafty Egg

Cute little place. I got the hummus egg dish with avocado on the side and it tasted quite nice! I don’t remember the exact price but it was reasonable. The only downside is how MUGGY it is inside. My glasses fogged up when I went inside and you can see the condensation on the windows and you can feel the humidity. It seems to be that way for almost every small store though, and they can’t help it as they can’t keep the door open since it’s cold out right now.

One of my favourite brunch places in Bristol! Everytime I have visited, the food and service has always been excellent. The queue is worth it. Also the staff members have excellent food allergen training and know the ingredients of their menu from back to front even with sauces. A friend of mine who came with me has a gluten allergy and was amazed by how helpful and thoughtful the servers and chefs were to ensure her food was gluten free

My sister, nephew and I came here on Saturday 24th January for the first time and we will definitely be back. It was busy when we arrived but we were seated right away. It was hard to choose what we wanted but decided on a meaty poutine, meaty crafty and a kids banana and peanut butter pancakes. Our hot drinks did take a while to arrive but it was understandable as it was busy. When our food arrived, we could not wait to tuck in. The quality of the ingredients really showed and it was hard to decide where to start first. The portions are big so much so that we had to double check we got the childrens pancakes. The bread is absolutely delicious so much so we asked where they get it from. The staff were incredible and kept their cool with it being so busy. Would 100% recommend this place for breakfast/brunch/any time of day. We will definitely be back

Delicious spot for breakfast. Friendly staff, cosy atmosphere and quick service. It's a small cafe, so it's luck of the draw if you're able to get a table but so good if you can! Both the veggie and meat breakfasts were great

The food is INSANELY good and well priced with good portions where you’re full but not too much. The food is beautifully presented and has so many flavours!! perfect place to go for brunch where you don’t just want a standard full english. There was a queue when we got here (understandably so) but didn’t feel ignored as greeted by a lovely staff member and didn’t have to wait long.

I ordered the meat crafty, it’s really good! Love the egg, it’s super crispy🤩everything in the dish was delicious! The waitress is cute too🥰 Saw the sign on the bathroom door, so decided to leave a comment. But it is really a lovely place that I recommend going😻

Amazing lunch/brunch place! All of the menu options look amazing its hard to choose and the food is delicious. Staff are friendly and service is good even when the cafe is busy. Highly recommend!

Well worth queuing up outside for a table (and if you are lucky you don't have to wait too long!) Friendly service Tasty food. Good array of warm drinks.
