My wife recently had a terrible experience at this restaurant that left her shocked and disappointed. She went in excited to enjoy an evening out, but encountered extremely rude behavior from a staff member named Luisa (or at least that's the name she gave, after initially refusing to provide it).
From the start, Luisa was hostile and shouted at my wife for no reason. She rudely pointed to a small table and, when my wife asked to see the rest of the restaurant, Luisa sarcastically questioned if the small table wasn't enough space, with a condescending expression.
Despite my wife's polite demeanor and speaking in English, Luisa abruptly switched to Russian, assuming my wife was Russian without even asking. This assumption and the language switch felt disrespectful and unprofessional.
This was my wife's second visit to Armenia, a country she loves for its friendly and polite people. Sadly, this experience was a stark contrast to the warmth she usually encounters.
