"As the name might imply, classic British-style elegance is the order of the day at Claridges New Delhi. Some of its best features haven’t changed much since the hotel opened its doors in 1952, like the manicured lawns dotted with gazebos, the large freeform swimming pool encircled in glamorous white cabanas, and the charmingly old-fashioned bakery, specializing in chocolate cake. Guest rooms have been updated, of course, and feature gleaming parquet floors, marble bathrooms, and handsome four-poster beds. A range of restaurants and bars cater to every taste: there’s casual Punjabi cuisine at one, Cantonese dishes at another, and an extensive vodka menu and nightly jazz at the hotel bar. My recent few days at The Claridges, New Delhi, for a business trip were nothing short of exceptional. The entire stay was top-class, with every detail, from the service to the food, perfectly executed. The culinary experience was a definite highlight. We had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's Indian restaurant, which was, without a doubt, the best meal we had during our entire trip to India. The flavours and quality were truly outstanding. However, the absolute best part of our entire stay was the hotel's chauffeur, R N Singh. We had the pleasure of using his services for several rides, and he is a genuine star. His service was top-notch, always going above and beyond expectations. Mr. Singh's professionalism, warmth, and dedication to ensuring a flawless experience were truly remarkable. He alone is worth five stars and is a massive asset to the hotel. For any traveler seeking impeccable service, fantastic dining, and a truly memorable experience in New Delhi, The Claridges is the only choice. Highly recommended!

I visited the hotel few months ago & the experience was quite enthralling. Heard a lot about history of Delhi from Mughals to Colonial rule. The hotel reflected it in a serene manner. From it's location i,e. on Aurangzeb road to being a part of Lutyen's Delhi & having a colonial charm the hotel reflected the historic charm. Service could be enhanced a bit however rest is fine especially the interiors. I even enjoyed the nearby Khan market & Lodi garden which reflected the beautiful & urban vibe of Delhi.

The Claridges was excellent value for money. It is located in a quieter area, so we needed to get a taxi every day, but we preferred to be further away from the hustle and bustle of Delhi. There was an excellent spread at breakfast and the pastries were yummy. You could also order French toast, eggs benedict, masala dossa etc. I cannot praise the staff at breakfast enough - they were efficient, attentive, and polite! We used the pool and the sauna. The only hiccup was that we were placed next to a room which was under refurbishment. There was tolerable noise during the day, but by day 3 there was a strong smell of solvent. We were given a room upgrade which was appreciated but I do not expect a 5 star hotel to place any guests in a room adjacent to one that is being actively refurbished.

The Claridge's is one of the oldest hotels in the NDMC area or New Delhi। It has beautiful and wonderful ambience and facilities। Service is excellent and cleanliness is also excellent। Hotel location is excellent and easily approached from airport or railway station।

Absolutely loved my time at The Claridge. The vibe here is super cozy and elegant. The staff made me feel right at home — very polite and helpful. The food was delicious, and the rooms were clean with beautiful interiors. Would definitely come back again!

The Claridges has an excellent location and the property itself is absolutely wow – elegant and full of charm. The restaurants are equally impressive, and the food is a true masterpiece. However, the service was quite average. During my stay, the internal phone in the room was out of order, which meant there was no way to contact room service or housekeeping directly. I had to go down to the front desk every time I needed something, which was inconvenient and not what one expects from a property of this level. Overall, a beautiful property with outstanding dining, but the service and attention to detail need improvement.

Happened to stay here on my professional visit to Delhi. The rooms are very spacious & comfortable. It has a traditional look & feel with modern facilities. The service staff are courteous & the food was better. I feel they can have more options in the spread. Overall happy with the experience
