The Hotel is very good situated in New Dehli. The rooms are big and well furnished and comfortable. The Service is exzellent and the breakfast has a high standard. The Pool is large with nice sunbeds. Our driver R N Singh drove us very safe - he was so friendly and very helpful. He gave us many good recommendations and explanations. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay in Dehli.

My daughter and I visited twice recently with two rooms. The hotel is lovely but the rooms were definitely better the second time . Room 306 and 334. This hotel is the right size around 130 or less rooms but it has four restaurants. The food is excellent. Service at the hotel is very good. I would definitely return there again if I go back to India. They even have an astrologer on staff and offer his services. He was very good too!

Very narrow entrance which makes a drop-off rather fraught. The foyer is too small for the volume of guests and there are queues for Reception.|Rooms are large and well appointed. The large outdoor pool and spa are well maintained with lovely staff.|There are 2 bars one of which is an unwelcoming club style venue circa 1940 whilst the other is a purple disco room both of which were devoid of customers. |The main restaurant seems to have a range of dishes but the whole place is frequented by local groups having afternoon tea or celebration cocktails. |At the time of our visit all the bars and restaurants did not have any beers or lagers(including Indian brands) other than expensive Dutch ones.

Had a nice tour of the city in a hotel car. The driver Arasin was very nice and friendly. Handed us over to a rickshaw driver who was more able to take us to places that a car was not allowed. Went to the Red Fort and Jama Masjid mosque. Would recommend.

Lovely hotel. Room very clean and comfortable and lovely amenities in the bathroom. Great location near to Lodhi park and access to the city and tourist sights. Staff all very courteous and friendly. Food in the Dhaba and garden restaurants was excellent.

We are loving our stay at The Claridges. Our room 207 is in a great spot. Very large room and suck a comfortable night's sleep. Very spacious and grand. The Claridges is exceptional in every way and more. The restaurants are amazing with the most delicious menus and amazing venues. Each restaurant has a different theme and decorated exquisitely. So opulent. The staff are the highlight of our stay here. Every single person has made us feel like Maharagas of India. HAPPY Divali to everyone. I suggest to use the hotel drivers to get around as they give you that extra comfort and service. Rajesh came to pick us up and waited for us after our tour to make sure we got back to our hotel safely. I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the driver who drove us out at 6am to start our tour as he was a star also. Thank you everyone for making our stay so wonderful. The only thing I'm not happy about is having to check out tomorrow. We are going to miss this wonderful hotel and all the beautiful people who work here.

Great hotel. Friendly efficient service. Most expensive beer I’ve had in the world. Including tax it was £24 for a large beer. Food was very tastey and reasonable priced. Lots of staff hovering around and very attentive. Located in a nice area too.

Exceptional services by everyone from driver to housekeeping staff to front desk. Arranged Diwali transportation in Delhi and driver R N Sigh took extra time to support and missed the time to purchase his own Diwali gifts. Thanks for taking great care of us.
