We had our wedding reception at The Bison, and it was absolutely perfect! The food was incredible—every dish was full of amazing flavors. A huge thank you to Hayley, who helped with our event planning—she was so helpful and made everything seamless. On the day of the wedding, Antoine and Michael, the two managers on site, were also fantastic. They, along with all the staff, made sure everything ran smoothly and took great care of us and our guests. The Bison truly went above and beyond to make our special day unforgettable. If you’re looking for an amazing dining experience (or a stunning wedding venue!), The Bison is the place to go. Highly recommend!

We had this special which was a three course meal. I can’t remember all the names but every food we had was pretty great. There was also an option to pair the food with a wine they selected. I’m not an expert with wine but it was hard to tell how much thought was put into it, whether It be a lot or none at all. Their Brussels sprouts were some of the best I’ve ever had. I definitely recommend for a fancy dinner.

Best restaurant my girlfriend and I have been too!! Pricey but you get what you pay for in quality quantity and service!! Would definitely go back again. Highly recommend!! Girlfriend got the special of the evening which was a pork chop served on a risotto with shaved black truffle. I got the braised bison short rib!!

We had dinner here for my husband’s birthday and it was incredible! He got the bison tomahawk, it was $199, but very much worth it! Food is top notch, and our server Chris, was absolutely wonderful. Very kind, very attentive, honest and helpful with suggestions!

The Bison is a cozy and inviting spot, but the food fell a bit short of expectations. The octopus was absolutely outstanding and the highlight of the meal, but the bison tomahawk was just average, especially given the premium price. While the atmosphere was lovely, I expected a bit more from the overall dining experience.

Good restaurant with a little upscale feel too it. They take reservations and you can watch as the kitchen prepares your dishes if you're dining inside. The pork chop and broccoli were it favorites. We also ordered the gnocchi and fried chicken which were also good.

Went off anniversary dinner. Food was excellent and very filling. We had the escargot , duck and the bison short rib Escargot was so good, very garlicy , but as with most of these styles always end up with more dip than bread haha Duck was perfectly done. And short rib was melt in your mouth. Service was extremely polite and were on top of topping up wine and water.
