I think for me its the price point and the quality of the cut. I recently went for a haircut at the martin place store and most of the time they are good haircuts (from the lady that works there).
HOWEVER i recently went to get a haircut and gave clear instructions on what i was looking to get done and the cut was way below expectation.
If customers are paying a $69 for a hair cut, not including a wash, dry, style or any form of treatment, I expect the service to be the best there is with no flaws
But in comparison to other barbers like gentry barbers in leichhartd, this barber shop is missing on a lot of points.
Firstly, not all customers are stereotypical straight men for example and some people may be more particular with the type of cut they want. My advice on this, listen to the clients wants, work on blowdrying skills (because using a curling brush on low heat and blowdrying the hair flat and back is not how you do it and to be frank looks bloody ridiculous when i needed to go back to work shortly after) Second to this, understand the customers, thickness, cut and type of hair (thin or thick) this will help in maintaining clients.
Overall would i recommend this barber shop, yes, would i go to this barbershop if i needed a more particular cut or style? No i would not. For the services offered and the price they charge. This barber shop may be reserved for your typical 9-5 finance guy who just wants a short back and sides with a deep wallet.
