The hotel is truly beautiful, the location is excellent, the staff is extremely kind, and the food is delicious. We visited in December, and I believe it must be even more beautiful in spring when the surrounding forest is green, giving you the feeling of being in the forest while in the pool. The only downside is that I expected more from the wellness area. I would have liked the pool area to be warmer, including the water, and for there to be more spa facilities. Overall impression - we are satisfied.

My stay at Tarcin Forest Resort was a disaster, especially when it came to the food and overall organization. The food choices were extremely limited, and even the options we had were terrible. On New Year’s Eve, most of the food presented consisted of potatoes, offering no variety or quality for such a special occasion. The soups were even worse, with terrible smells that made them inedible. To make matters worse, the organization of table seating was completely chaotic—there was no assigned seating, and it felt like a free-for-all where only those who rushed first got a place. The plans for kids were also poorly organized. The space allocated for children’s activities was significantly smaller compared to the previous year, with a very limited program that hardly justified its purpose. Additionally, they suddenly imposed a rule that children under 5 years old were not allowed to participate due to “safety reasons.” This was a sharp contrast to the previous year, where even children as young as 2-3 years old were welcomed. To make matters worse, this restriction for children under 5 was not communicated beforehand during the reservation process. As a result, we were unable to reconsider our plans—especially since the primary reason we left the city was to provide an enjoyable experience for our kids. The only positive side of the hotel is its moderately nice surroundings, with nature that can be used for activities during the day and night. However, this does little to compensate for the poor food, lack of organization, and disappointing experience overall. Having been guests at this hotel in previous years, we can say that it has declined significantly, and it is now a place we will avoid in the future. The cost of the stay compared to what we received was unreasonably low in value, making this a deeply unsatisfying experience.

We spent a weekend there and it was all we expected and more. Service was impecable, rooms clean and spacious and breakfast buffet simply perfect. Spa, sauna and pool were clean and overall experience is 10/10. We will definitely come back.

The stay here was top! The rooms are huge, if you have agoraphobia, don't stay here, if not, then definitely let yourself enjoy the nature and the quiet. The swimming pool was under maintenance, so it's a little sad, but everything else was awesome. There was much vegan food!!! But, there could be more, always. The only problem were the guests, who were too loud, and didn't respect other guests.

Wow I'm amazed with this place. We went there to spend a couple of hours in Spa. It's very clean, professional service and also very well located (easy to navigate). The big recommendation is massage. You have to try it, after the pool and saunas where you finish your perfect relaxing day.

Rooms are cleaned. Staff is very nice. Food is well prepared. For sure coming next time. For those who did not visit this resort you should visit it. For everyone is something

I love the location relaxing clean room friendly staff great food all the facilities in the resort, gym swimming pool, pool table , stream room , transport service , resort in the top of the mountain… nice for hiking around the forest plus great views from restaurant terrace. You can go Sarajevo town 30 minutes drive by taxi… nice country to visit

We really enjoyed the place. The best location in the region for a family get-away. The villa has all you need to stay with a big company. You can be independant there, cook bbq, enjoy the views on the forest. The service is exceptional. The waiter Mensur is our favourite. We come back each time and feel like he is an old friend. The guys at the reception was really hospitable as well. They offered us the late check out without a fee which felt very generous and make us want to come back. Overall the experiebce us top. Definately coming back.
