There’s plenty of shopping in Marais. After contemplating about visiting Polene and seeing the long queue, I decided to opt for this store. The hand bags and quality are gorgeous. I went in with an open mind, and sales associate, Yiping, was amazing. I walked out with two bags that I absolutely love. She was patient and gave great recommendations, even showed me a beautiful shade of red for the fall. I highly recommend making a purchase here and this brand. Yiping was also exceptionally helpful in getting my VAT refund, too. Next time I’m in Paris, I’ll make sure to stop here. What a great gem, thanks, Yiping!

The bag is very high quality. and the leather work is accurate and the stitches are all made wonderful. look very expensive. the package is amazing i will buy again from them. the only thing the green is very very dark,almost black. but beautiful

I saw the advertisement of TAMMY & BENJAMIN on Facebook. I think the bag is too beautiful, so I bought the bag on the website. The texture of the leather is great and the style is very special. If you like it, please don't hesitate to place an order! Don't miss it!😍😍😍

The bag is lovely, I got it at the sample sale in 'very good condition' and it was! There was a sale immediately after and I wish I had waited as the discount at the sample sale and mid season sale ended up being the same. I had issues with shipping following Brexit and to be honest I didn't find the customer service was as helpful as they could have been which sullied the experience. I was charged VAT by DHL, which I should not have, Tammy and Benjamin only offered 50% of the charge. T&B agreed that I shouldn't have been charged and suggested I take it up with DHL, I was trapped as a condition of sample sale is no returns, which on reflection should have been a red flag. My advice to UK/international buyers, avoid the sample sale, the sale price for a new bag was pretty much exactly the same over time, as the same model of the bag I bought ended up at 50% discount, so I feel like I have been duped, but I do have to say the bag is in very good condition.
