Incredible cultural experience with young Māori people who clearly love their culture and have a gift for performance. So much gorgeous singing, dancing and learning. The food was wonderful! Prepared deliciously, with "family style" service, passing the serving dishes around the table. This gives the opportunity for individuals to pass on items that aren't to your taste. Plenty of food for everyone! You can take photos and videos throughout the experience.

We were totally impressed with all aspects of this visit. The hospitality and food was amazing. We were frequently asked about dietary requirements and they catered for this where available. We were collected and returned to our accommodations (provided you booked with a larger hotel) for no extra charge. We were totally enthralled by the educational and informative sessions regarding different aspects of the culture, including dance, tattooing and building history. I also really enjoyed the dancing and singing aspect of the visit. Would highly recommend.

Travelling all this way to New Zealand, I had to learn about the culture. This experience was amazing. Very interactive and full of fun, laughter, food and drink. My only regret is that, as the nominated chief of my waka, I didn’t have a video taken of me when I received the welcome leaf. I will return and I will bring my kids. Thank you for an amazing memory.

I cannot recommend this experience more highly. We wanted a non-exploitive way to learn from Māori and found it with this delightful family who seemed to really enjoy teaching, dancing, singing, and sharing their traditions. The food was incredible and we loved the uncle-niece singing duo!

Had an amazing cultural experience with a hangi feast fit for a king. We had halal dietary requirements which were catered for and was given our own table. There was a little encore after dinner which we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall was definitely worth the price and would recommend if you visit Rotorua!

If you want to have a cultural experience I would highly reccomend this one. Right from the start the family was kind and curious as well as being able to share about there culture in an amazing way. From each station to learn about the culture tonget hands on into the culture as well as having a casual fine dining experience. There were 12 different flavors throughout the experience. They were all incredible linguists and had amazing singing voices. They were able to represent 12 different nations songs after dinner. Truly an education and amazing experience for my family.

Learnt about the Maori’s rich culture, they are super cool and fun people to be around with and the performances were simply amazing! Had fun learning the Haka dance as well. Well worth the trip to Rotorua for this experience.

We just finished our experience, and I would like to share a few things in this review if you're thinking of coming. First, you might see a review here on Google about the use of French cutlery in a Maori setting. It's likely that this person wasn't paying attention to the explanations or didn't ask, but there is a very deep meaning behind using this. Second, and most importantly, I found this experience highly recommendable. The young people working here are very friendly and professional, eager to preserve their culture and traditions and share them with the rest of the world. The food was also very good.
